I’m sorry but I can see why they have a 3.7 rating and I’m surprised they even have that but what they do to get their timer to look good is they make you pull ahead and sit out there and wait for your food even longer now because it’s not just being handed out the window just to make the timer look good there wasn’t a single car behind me the past three times I’ve gone there and I said excuse me why do I have to pull up when there’s nobody even behind me I’m just getting some nuggets well because of our time they say that’s not fair because first of all they’re being untrue it looks like they have great time there but the truth is you’re just sitting outside on the side there with cars beeping behind you cuz now you’re in the way because now they’ve ordered their food and they were handed their food through the window and they want to get through but you’re still sitting waiting for your food I think somebody should look into this and that guy with the tattoos on I don’t know if he’s a junior manager or what now he’s as disrespectful as it gets and is unprofessional As It Gets that I was afraid to even let my children eat the food

Never eating at Burger King again. The French toast sticks I got were so hard I couldn’t eat them, I ordered 2 bacon croissant sandwich’s and got 2 bacon, sausage and biscuit things. I could not even eat them because the first one I unwrapped had a hair in the cheese of the sandwich! $10 right in the trash.

The drive-through order was wrong. Good thing I checked because my son was allergic to one of the ingredients. I went into the establishment to rectify the situation, and there were seven people in line in front of me with the same issue: wrong orders. When I received my order, the burgers were very dry and the cheese was not melted. It’s definitely not worth the price it costs for fast food nowadays.

I’m getting really tired of this location. Anytime I ever met a slow person in Pennsylvania, it has always been a Burger King employee at this location. When prepping orders, they have a screen they can read in order to prep meals correctly. You cannot mess up an order if you’re reading a screen providing all the toppings you’ll need. The info on the screen does not disappear until they physically press a button, allowing the info to disappear. How do they STILL constantly mess up orders? It’s like they expect people to be ok with the screw up when that’s not the case. I double check every item I receive every time I purchase and I will return every single time they screw up. That only makes the shift worse for them so why screw up on such an easy task? It makes no sense. Close this location just like the other one in Eynon did. We don’t need burger kings here if they can’t hire competent workers. They keep using the microwave to reheat stuff for customers when you’re not supposed to do that. I heard the manager refused to mention her name once when another customer asked. Just take a picture of them when they refuse to give their name and send the image to corporate.
