I really enjoy Freddy’s in general, but unfortunately, this location has been very disappointing. Honestly, even the 3.9 rating feels a bit generous. When I visited a Freddy’s in Kentucky during my TDY, that store had only a 3.5 rating, but it was faster, more polite, and much cleaner than here.
When this branch first opened, I understood the slow service as part of the adjustment period. But now, after two weeks, the speed and cleanliness still have not improved. The ice cream machine was messy, covered in ice cream, and when I received my order, the cup itself was smeared and overflowing with ice cream on the outside. Even when it wasn’t busy, the staff struggled with getting orders correct.
At this level of service and cleanliness, this location has no competitiveness compared to other burger chains, and honestly, it wouldn’t be surprising if it went out of business.

The customer service at this location is the main reason I’m giving this location a 5 star review. The employees greet every customer that walks in (something I haven’t seen in a while) and are prompt when a customer in the store approaches the counter.
All 4 of our meals were made as ordered, plenty of fixings and sauce inside the burgers, fries were nice and fresh. Definitely going to be a go to spot as long as the service stays the same.

They need more time to get the menus correct. I ordered a Freddy Grilled cheese steak burger and it barely had cheese and no tomato spread. It was OK but definitely not like other Freddy’s we’ve visited.
I asked one of the employees about what should a grilled cheese steakburger should have and she had no idea what ingredients it should have.
Management offered to make me a new one but I had already finished it, so I declined.
Hopefully next visit will be better and if it is unwilling update this review.

The first time visiting Freddie’s was earlier this month, and I’ve already been back three times since. Honestly, I prefer it over other fast food burger spots in the area. I haven’t had any issues with my orders or customer service at all.
I also saw an older review mentioning flat sodas, but that definitely seems fixed now—the sodas have plenty of CO₂, which is a big win for me. I actually love the soda here.

I was helped by Levi, his customer service was amazing, he was very kind and I loved the smoky bacon cheddar stack he recommended. I liked how efficient yet detailed he made his order take ensuring to take the extra steps to get my order right. I’ve been to this location before and it was good. But the extra steps he took made the bigger difference. Overall a great site and I will be back!!!!

The food is delicious. But what the hell, Freddy’s. How can you hand this to a customer? (Picture is exactly how it was handed to us).
Also, after licking the cone, it pushed all the ice cream inside the hollowed cone. I guess it wasn’t filled. The ice cream you see was all the ice cream I was served. Lame.

Went this with my family. First of all the crew, very VERY nice and helpful Shout out to them for being good. The food was good, not gonna take anything away from them there. The only problem was the beverages. The fountain drinks were all flat. No gas at all. People would serve themselves, find out it was flat and dump all the drink and ice into drain. Next drink same thing. It looked bad but it was on the customers not on the crew since machines do break, i get that. Kudos to the little girl (employee there) that kept trying to clean it all out with warm water. She was trying. Other than that, it was all great. Do i plan on going back with my whole tribe again? Yes, all 12 of us.. Do I plan on going by myself again, yes. Is it perfect, no, no restaurant is. I like when people do the best they can and it showed. Do recommend. Again hats off to the team for being friendly, courteous, and professional. They even modified an order for a little old lady that couldn’t eat bread. They made her a lettuce wrapped option. That was awesome of them.

Its more like 2.5 stars rather than 3. They got my order correct and came out on time. Only problem I had was that my burger patties were beyond dry, almost felt like freezerburn or just old stale patties.

I enjoyed my experience, I went there earlier this week on Tuesday and the service was great!!! Especially this one worker who I don’t know her name but she was very patience as it was my first time, I got the California double and she recommended me the strawberry dream shake. Best shake ever!!!!!!
