I went there 8/22/23 for a BIG fish sandwich, at $6 for sandwich only you know it has to be BIG and GOOD, right?!? The “BIG FISH” sandwich was tiny, matter of fact the pickles were almost thicker than the “big fish patty” and nothing in the breading, and it wasn’t even a whole pattie. I will be talking to the manager when I am there and have time to burn. I’m definitely going to get some satisfaction as this isn’t even the first time something like this has happened. Honestly its aggrevating when you have already driven 6 miles.. find this…… Do you call? They will just say come back and waster more time, gas, and energy so it’s not “fast food” at all

I’ve been here twice in the last 3 years. First time was fine. Tonight was horrible. I placed an online order and some of it was missing. The app deleted part of my order which I wasn’t aware of. Once I seen what happened I redid the part of the order that was deleted. However, the original part of the order was missing a few orders of French fries. One of our happy meals only had chicken nuggets in the bag.

Just went through the drive through on November 8th 2022 around 4:25 and the gentleman taking orders was very respectful and well trained to listen! I pulled up he handed me my drinks and I waited.. a few moments later I’m watching this woman through the window act bothered to be working with other guest ordering at the counter inside! Shortly after she walks over to the window and tells me in a rude way that my order will take about 4 more minutes so I need to pull to the side. She was very rude and aggressive speaking! After I received my food I asked the employee that brought my food out to me who she was and I was told this woman was the manager! What a shame to see the vibe she is giving off to the rest of the team working under her! Ridiculous to say the least! The gentleman working the drive through/window should be the manager in my opinion! Fix this BK I come at least once a week for my family of 5! Thank you

Burger King in Carbondale was not to bad. Prompt service, adequate seating, and no issues with the food. Not much of a fast food person, but the kids love it now and then. Tried the Impossible Burger which was not too bad at all!
