I just signed up for the burger King app. This franchise did participate in several perks I tried to redeem. I was finally able to upsize my fries in the double whopper meal I ordered. The large fries were Luke warm and a terribly disappointing amount in the container. See pictures. I will not return to this location

We stopped for a quick lunch while out running around I tried the Big King from the value menu, two meals for $10 not bad. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the flavor, it was a tasty burger. Service was awesome, the cashier was very friendly.

I went to this Burger King to redeem my mobile order coupon that wasn’t working on the app, I go into the store and I’m greeted by the manager. She has me retry to app, which doesn’t work, and proceeds to tell me she can’t change the price on her own or make any exceptions to honor the discount for a valued customer. The manager referred me to McDonald’s, and placing an order on the McDonald’s app went smooth, nobody gave me an issues! Go to McDonald’s where they actually care about the customer, not here!
