This place needs new management. The place is beyond dirty. They will definitely get wrote up or even shut down if the health inspector would stop in. There wasn’t a clean table in the whole place. The floor was sticky everywhere. The pop station was extremely dirty there was what looked like mold or fungus of some sort growing in the reservoir that carries stuff to the drain. If you’re going to let the areas your customers see look this bad how bad are the areas we can’t see?

Seems that in this day and age, people are quick to take your money but refuse to put effort into their job. We ordered the 2 for 10 big kings… We got some make shift hamburger with more onions than the thin, single round patty of what looks like meat squished between 2 buns to mimic a hamburger. Very far from a Big King. The staff had plenty of time to prepare fresh food and choose not to add we were there at 9 pm. Horrible all the way around!

I’m very disappointed in Burger King. As I’m on my way to find somewhere to get something to eat, Wendy’s (their competitor) has a huge line, Burger King didn’t. So, I went to Burger King (no line). When I ordered my food, the gentleman who was taking down my order was very professional and polite. Then went to the window to pay and grab my food. As I was waiting for my food, I saw two girls (Burger King employees) running around inside playing tag and being very loud. Tag, like seriously. Very unprofessional. Got my food and left. When I got home and opened the bag that has my food in it. The fries weren’t crispy as there supposed to be. The nuggets were they very dry. My burger (The Double Bacon Cheese Burger), I asked for “no condiments” (which I didn’t want any sauce on it) which I didn’t get any( that’s good) but for some reason didn’t get bacon or cheese on the burger. Like how? It’s supposed to have bacon and cheese. I guess the employees don’t know the word/phrase “no condiments”. This will be my final time going to Burger King. I would rather be in a long waiting line for good correct food than what I experienced today.
