Went there for lunch the crew didnt know what they were doing. Waited forever for food. The fry guy had no intentions on moving fast at all. The only person that seemed to care enough was the manager. This place needs a better staff who actually cares about their work. I get it its fast food but youre getting paid from customers ordering and paying at least look like youre trying.

Dining room was closed by 8 pm with chairs on the tables which is against food safety standards. So we went to the drive thru. We were then told at the speaker that they were snowed in and not serving. If you’re snowed you should be serving up whoppers as there’s no other option. There wasn’t even an inch total snow.
2 people standing in the dining room looking at us. As a general manager of 24 years we all know, you don’t turn away sales. Completely unacceptable, and this location as already been shut down once. Seems as though you’re headed for disaster again.

If i could give a zero star I would. The lady that took my order was a complete snob who needs to be fired. I dont know her name but her name tag said “Sweetness”. However, she is anything but sweet. I was ordering my food and she kept asking if that was all. I had a big order because of my kids and family. I understand its lunch time but they wasnt busy and im paying for it. It’s their job to make the food. If they cant make it then they shouldn’t be working there. She even messed up on my daughter’s food. When I told her about it, she got mad and yelled that I didnt tell her it was plain. When my receipt even says plain. My oldest daughter even wanted a drink and she yelled about that. I think the manager needs to fire her. I rather go to McDonald’s or Wendy’s. At least there you won’t get yelled at for ordering food.

This is definitely the best fast food place in all of Natrona Heights. The workers there are spot on every time with my order. Never a mistake. They do such a good job! Plus they are polite and cool. I really appreciate it! Thank you!

Stopped in to grab some food for some baseball kids mid tournament. Staff were friendly, fun. Store was quiet but it was clean and the kids there were lovely. My son enjoyed his burr, given he was determined to try a burger everyday whilst in the US

Placed a mobile order and when we arrived at the drive thru there was only one other car in line ahead of us…and they were at the food window already. Yet, we waited at the order screen for at least 5 minutes before someone asked for our order number. Then we sat at the food window for another 15 minutes before receiving our food. 20 minutes for FAST food? Seriously?
To make matters worse, the food wasn’t even edible. Our fries weren’t even remotely warm and they were very dark in color and had a bad taste so we ended up not eating them. Our burgers were also cold. But even more disturbing was the fact that the lettuce was rotten! Very obviously rotten! There is no way a human being placed the lettuce on our burgers and didn’t notice it was all brown and slimy. Yet they thought it was okay? Oh and our drinks? We paid for larges but received smalls…which (to boot) were only halfway filled. So thanks again Burger King. Couldn’t even get the drinks right.
I think it’s absolutely disgusting that Burger King charges $25 for 2 meals then serves people cold rotten food. And customer service through the app? Yeah…that doesn’t work either. And no point in driving back to the store to complain to the same people who thought it was okay to serve rotten food to paying customers. Just won’t go back…EVER!
Either find some employees who take food safety seriously or close down. Because serving food that clearly has not been kept at a proper temperature and serving ROTTEN food is NOT okay!

Long wait time for the drive thru, flat soda, no napkins with your order. Whopper was cold, and they forgot the sauce I had asked for my nuggets. They won’t answer the phone number that’s registered to there location, Incompetent establishment.
