Kandoo Restaurant, aperto dal 2005 e rinnovato prima nel 2011 e nuovamente nel 2022, è un locale sofisticato e raffinato, che rispecchia i trend del momento. Offre ai propri clienti un ambiente molto curato, in linea con la tendenza fusion degli ultimi anni. La cucina orientale è sempre più amata in tutto il mondo, ed anche la città meneghina non poteva rimanere indifferente al fascino di bacchette e zuppe prelibate. Dominano materiali in contrasto come il ferro affiancato agli elementi naturali del legno e dell’ardesia. Il risultato è un connubio perfetto tra l’eleganza del gusto occidentale odierno e piccoli accenni alla tradizione orientale. Il progetto architettonico è stato curato da Nisi Magnoni.

An exceptional experience every time. The sashimi and tartare paired with Nussbaumer were a perfect match—fresh, delicate, and beautifully balanced. Yakisoba is always my favorite and never disappoints.
We also tried two lobster udon from the special New Year’s Eve menu, and they were outstanding. The lobster was incredibly sweet and fresh, cooked to perfection.
I love the subtle Peruvian touch, the causas. The contrast between cold seafood and warm purple potato, crispy and creamy textures, is simply amazing.
My go-to restaurant in Milan every time I visit. Highly recommended.

A really nice Japanese restaurant. architecturally speaking the interior design did a great job. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. The mise en place is simple. The dishes proposed were created with excellent raw materials, treated in the preparation and presented with the classic Japanese taste. The bill is a bit high for a lunch. We will try again for a dinner.
