Burger king review:
Ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with a small side of hash browns and a small cup of coffee. I ordered at the kiosk inside. The food was part of a 2 for $3 deal.
The bad- Coffee has no flavor. I’ve had this issue before with BK. It tastes like hot, bitter water with the sliiightest aroma of coffee. The hash browns were not hot at all.
The good- The hash browns were crispy and added a nice contrast to the soft sandwich. The egg and cheese biscuit was hot, the American cheese was completely melted, and the scrambled egg patty was fluffier than I was expecting. The coffee is hot and is comforting to sip on, despite its flaws.
The service was amazing. I waited about 10 minutes for my meal, which is neutral, I have nowhere to be. But the 2 people behind the counter that I interacted with were helpful and friendly.
The total for my meal was $5.07. For the price, the quality, and the service, I’d rate my experience a 6.5/10.

This has been an ongoing issue for as long as I’ve been going to this BK. I get a meal that INCLUDES sauce. I drive home expecting everything to be in the bag, and guess what? No sauce in the bag. I know this seems like a petty post, but seriously how hard is it for someone to ensure all the contents are in the bag? Now I have to eat these dry chicken fries with no sauce. BK do better. Please.

When I arrived to pick up my mobile order, I parked and went in. The order was scheduled to be ready at 9:11 am. I got there at 8:15 am.
There was one male employee making items behind the counter. He did not look up or say anything to me. After I had been there for 7 minutes, a female employee came out of a door and behind the counter area. By this time, my order was red on the screen at 15 minutes, and another kiosk order was placed a few minutes after I arrived, also red on the screen. The female employee looked at me and made eye contact but did not speak to me.
A drive thru order came in. That was now the 3rd order on the screen. Another screen on the wall showed a statistic of 75% below the desired order completion time.
I finally said out loud, “can anyone tell me what my order is waiting for?” The female looked at me and asked which order. I told her it was the one nearing 16 minutes and flashing red on the screen. She looked around, found a bag that seemed to be mine and indicated that she needed to get the drinks. She then put the bag on the counter in front of me with a cup and the bottle of juice. She said nothing further.
No greeting, no small talk, no apology for the wait, no thank you. More than 15 minutes, close to 20, to pick up an order that should have been done moments before I arrived.
At least the restaurant appeared clean.

Went to get something fast to eat yesterday at Burger king in dewitt. I got a rodeo cheese burger n jalapeño bites. When i asked the lady if the ranch was in the bag she said it dont come w Ranch. I politely said since when I worked for burger king for years n it always came w it. She was like no it dont I am the manager n I said it dont. So she charge me for the sauce so I called my old boss n she said they do come w the sauce so I even looked it up n it even says on Google that it does. Wow so disappointing for this store to be a Carrols. This is not my first time being very disappointed in this BK. I know the sauce was only 30cents but still the attitude n then she says I fight w all the customers about this well I just smh. Do better BK

Worst experience I have ever had an any fast food restaurant . Was excited to see cini minis are back, drove all the way here and ordered a meal along with them, didn’t get them. Fine okay I immediately pulled back around and very politely asked if I can have them since I did not , she says absolutely so I pull up and the girl at the window was NASTY I’m talking nasty nasty trying to accuse me of lying, acting like this is coming out of her paycheck. I went to hand her the exact bag I had JUST left the drive thru with and she says to her manager who was very happily handing them to me without issue, “well they’re probably not in there anymore but they were” bc she knew she was dead wrong. Such an unnecessary interaction, she did not even need to be involved. A joke of a place , don’t know why I expected any different. Don’t go here LOL

Today I was driving past this Burger king locarion and noticed it was new. I decided to stop on my way to my next job. When i went to place my order in the drive thru a woman named Mary was very rude to me for no reason at all. I decided that I didn’t feel safe eating at that location. I left and went to the thompson road Burger King. I asked if they had any affiliation with the new erie blvd restaurant and she said they are owned by the same person. I told he I had to leave the other location because of what happened and she knew exactly who it was. They apologized for her and then all of the employees said that’s Mary and they were all confirming with each other that she is known to be very rude. I hope Mary finds peace, but i

Had lunch at this new location for the first time today on my way to shop at Trader Joe’s. I used the drive-thru to order a small Whopper meal. The small fries were unusually small, but warm and fresh. The Whopper was as ordered, no tomato, extra pickles. The burger was fine. However, I still believe the best location to eat a Whopper in Syracuse is across the street from Wegmans Fairmount. UPDATE-1: On my second visit, I made the mistake of going inside to eat. At first, I tried to use the kiosk to order my meal. The directions were cumbersome and difficult to understand. It took over 5 minutes to get my order correct and then it wouldn’t tell me how to pay. I started over again, this time it went faster, but in the end I had the same problem of not being able to find a way to submit the order and pay. No one came near me during this process so I called out to someone for help. They told me they could take my order at the register. That went fine, but then there was a long wait. I saw the person at the assembly station put my sandwich together. I could tell that he did a good job, no tomato, extra pickles. The sandwich went in a hopper where someone else was supposed to put it on a tray along with some fries to complete my order. However, they were in a bit of a crisis. There was a long line of drive-thru customers with many backed up orders visible on the overhead digital board. In addition, a nearby Burger King had run out of french fry cups and diet cola syrup. The crew were busy bringing these supplies up to the main counter. In the meantime my lunch sat in the out bin. After providing the supplies requested, the manager came over with my burger and apologized for the delay, she also asked one of her staff to bring me a small order of fresh fries. The whole process took over 20 minutes. By the time I sat down the burger was no longer hot but still tasted good. In the future I will probably stick to the drive-thru.

The lady taking our order through the drive thru was extremely rude and had no patience at all. When my father was asking what my brother wanted to drink the lady said “HELLO DRINK!!” Very rudely and loud. It was quiet for a while and then another girl took her place.

Won’t go here again that’s for sure. Stopped tonight to get something quick to eat, paid 2.99 for one of the new wraps took it home and what a joke. One tomato and a half slice of chicken and a few pieces of lettuce. Waited almost 10 mins for it in the drive through and they weren’t even busy. I know it’s not the workers fault for prices but for 3.00 and all I got was this.
