Was a mobile order. Sat in the line waited to be spoken to for 10 mins. Then he said how can I help you? I said it was a mobile order then he said to pull to the front. Okay cool. I sat there for another 10 minutes customer service…. Not that great. If your behind or short staffed, you gotta speak up and let the customer know. If I hadn’t already paid for my food I would have left and went somewhere else but I already paid. So I waited. The food was really good and fresh. Im just really upset about their customer service

This morning Chittenango Burger King is bringing their A-game! Super polite, professional and helpful staff- went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. From order to receiving food- under 5 min definitely, if that. Food hot and fresh. Yumm! Great job to the AM staff this Saturday morning! Killing it!

Even though there was a problem with the fryer and needed to be replaced parts which was getting done at the time we were there. So we could only order something with a burger which was fine. Our food was still great. Service was A++ Everyone kept apologizing even though they had NEVER met or seen us before.

Frequently Incorrect orders and shockingly long wait times plague this establishment no matter how busy it may be and no matter your order method. My order has been wrong even when I’ve ordered through the mobile app. The wait time is staggering for a fast food establishment. Cars will bail out of the drive-through process, and you wonder what could be going on behind the scenes. I don’t get why they send out their staff in the freezing cold to walk it out to you. Instead of just handing the food through the window. They quite frequently ask you to “pull ahead” and then they walk your order out to you after a 15 minute wait. Even if you’re the only car in the drive-through. It’s not right or safe for the employees to walk out in the freezing cold like that to where they can slip or fall or catch a cold and also not optimal for my food to be exposed to the cold air.

The food is fine, service is nonexistent. You WILL wait 30 minutes in the drive thru for 5 cars. You WILL get a 4 piece cheesy tots instead of the 8 piece you paid for. You will NOT get the zesty sauce you asked for, even when the guy at the window says he’ll make sure some gets in your bag.
Check your bag before you leave because you’re going to need to tell them to fix something they messed up.

Did a mobile order 15 mins before I arrived. Two kids meals. Pulled up & they said here’s your drinks pull up to the next spot where I sat and waited for 35 mins for 2 kids meals. Never coming here again.

As soon as I was handed my receipt, I saw why the total was wrong. The guy on register added a meal we didn’t order. There was only 3 of us. We waited 20 minutes for our food. That was wrong too! One of the employees kept telling people they couldn’t take more orders, even though the lobby was empty. The same employee kept scratching his head and then touching the food. They kept screwing up the drive thru orders and arguing over the food. I think Jerry’s kids could run this place better.

WALKED in on Whopper Wednesday. I was the only customer in line. Was acknowledged after a minute or two. Staff of 3 or 4 never asked for my order so I walked out.
