We ordered pick up and my BLT was tiny compared to the other items on our order. They forgot the tomatoes and the bacon was translucent?? Both of our subs were supposed to be toasted and they weren’t.

I always try to give this location a chance here and there because it’s so close to my home but I will either drive further or pay extra for delivery from somewhere else. They either get my order wrong or the food is horrible. The bread was hard as a rock & not from being toasted but because it was old. I got like 3 leafs of spinach and a sprinkle of lettuce, two very small tomatoes, and barely any o&v when I asked for extra extra. I didn’t even end up eating it because the bread was so hard.

Most people doesn’t like or eat bread and are very picky about their food. So went to this store and got meatballs in a bowl and only gave me four and chips for $9.39. That is wrong. Normally they give me 8 to 12 meatballs in a ball and chips for that price. I’m not going back to get anything else from them. I can go to the store and buy meatballs and get the sauce to make it my on my own cheaper than those four meatballs and chips they gave me. Normally I don’t write reviews but I am tonight.

This location is kind of a hit or miss. The service usually is good but sometimes not so much. Toppings usually seem fresh especially in the afternoon. There’s been issues though with either not enough bread being pulled for the day and or the oven not working to toast my bread when I’ve come in a few times now. Overall I’d still recommend this location over the other one in Richlands! They also honor the paper coupons that come in the mail and online ones unless they have their system down.

So, for the most part, all subways are the same. It’s the customer service that really makes them or breaks them. Today I had the pleasure of being served by Alex. He was polite, professional, and friendly. He didn’t give me special discounts or special treatment. He just did his job and he did it well. He hustled through a 15 minute order in half the time that it normally takes. I was thoroughly impressed with how hard he was working. So again, thank you Alex for an enjoyable and quick experience at Subway.

I love this subway, I went here a total of 7 times! And the food was always great! I went to the one in Richlands and their food was awful! They cut the sandwich wrong and all! They put way too much lettuce and way too much sauce! But this subway always makes the best sandwiches! They cut it through the middle perfectly! And not only that but they added a perfect amount of condiments! I will always go here in the future for my subs!

They did not make my sweet onion chicken teriyaki the way they were supposed too. It was literally plain grilled chicken. I asked for bacon twice and didn’t get it? I refused to tell her a third time I was already losing my patience.
