Older, a little dirty,faded COVID era signs throughout. Men’s room needed a real cleaning. Food was just as expected. It’s a bk. Good freestyle drink machine but several flavors were empty. Easy on/off the road is main draw. I’ve been to better but recently all the bk restaurant seem to be like this.

The workers are so nice at this burger King. I had a special order and I was with one of my kids. The manager confirmed the order and was really nice to my child. They needed some extra time to make the food so they threw in fries for my child no charge. The cook even looked over and made sure she had the order correct before she made it. The next time I went there and manager remembered me and said hello and asked how I was. She was sweet to my child again. Fast food service is hard. I did it as my first jib. I’m glad the staff here was so nice. They have a tough job, and I hope people appreciate these type of jobs instead of looking down on them.

The food that I could eat was good. I was given the wrong chicken sandwich, I ordered the Italian BK Royal Crispy Chicken with light sauce on it. I don’t even know what the sauce was they put on it, something like was a very light orange colored sauce with maybe something else mixed it in. By the time I saw the mistake I was too far away and I just had to throw it away because it isn’t something that I or anyone I’m around can eat it. It was also very, very hard to hear at the drive through. It was garbled and I just ended up pulling in and going inside.

Well, all I can say is that I am in total agreement with the rest of the low star reviews. The worker Fabiana is super toxic and miserable. She has conversations in spanish gossiping about other workers over the drive thru intercom. Then she rudely asks for your order, then proceeds to cut or mute the mic. What kind of unprofessional nonsense is this? Let me not forget to mention how she also plays the role of a crossing guard. She has the ability to yell out the drive thru window, make the stop sign with her hand, and yell at your car to stop approaching the window. After about 5 mins, she comes back and gives you permission to move forward. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Fabiana, you are far from Fabulous…If you hate your job, then move on. Thanks, but no thanks, Burger King.
