Great experience. Renovations were well worth it. Very friendly employees. Very clean. Lots of comfortable seats & plenty of tables. 2 fully working Coca Cola Freestyle machines. Every drink you can think of. Food is fresh & prepared neatly. TV’s & loud music. Very good Burger King. This’ll definitely be my go-to BK for now on.

The Food here use to be decent the crew that was here before renovations was the best ever. They need to bring back the previous crew. The ones that knew how to do the job accurately before they did the renovation. The crew now serves cold and old fries like they were sitting there for a while and nobody bought them. And the rest of the food is lousy. I’m not going to go on about the food so they can try and fix things. There’s an old saying if it’s not broken don’t fix it. Which was disregarded by the owner when they decided to do a renovation. They didn’t make things better. They in fact them worse
If they were going to change the crew they should have never done the renovation. Then on top of that the windows use to be tinted to where it blocked out the sun when you were eating. To where you were able to sit anywhere. They spend all this money on renovation but don’t even tint the windows back to the way it use to be before renovations.
Like really how can you sit and enjoy a meal while being blinded by the sun while your trying to eat and enjoy a meal. It doesn’t make any sense. What these investors and contractors are thinking. I will definitely not be back. Doing a renovation on this location was the worst mistake they ever made.
The owner should have left it the way it was. To the previous crew if you are reading this, you are so darely missed. Is definitely not the same without you. Relationships that what built between you and the customers. The atmosphere yous all brought will always be remembered. The owner should just close the doors and shut this place down. And let this establishment rest in peace. Because it will never be the same.

Update: it’s open again, but the employees are not the same crew as before the reno. The fries tasted old and dry like maybe freezerburned. They were SO salty. Maybe they were trying to make em taste like the ocean for the SpongeBob promo or something but they were gross~
Place is currently closed! I just passed by and it appears to be completely gutted. Unsure if it’s a major renovation or what. Shame because it was one of the locations that still had the retro roof shape and some character.

Just bought mini mini’s from this location. They were rock hard and ice cold. Usually they’re warm and soft from other locations.

The workers are so nice at this burger King. I had a special order and I was with one of my kids. The manager confirmed the order and was really nice to my child. They needed some extra time to make the food so they threw in fries for my child no charge. The cook even looked over and made sure she had the order correct before she made it. The next time I went there and manager remembered me and said hello and asked how I was. She was sweet to my child again. Fast food service is hard. I did it as my first jib. I’m glad the staff here was so nice. They have a tough job, and I hope people appreciate these type of jobs instead of looking down on them.

I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food restaurants but this location has top notch customer service. I usually come here after work which is around 4:50PM or later. I always go through the drive through and the girls at the window are always so polite and friendly. Today I went and the machine that makes frozen drinks was not working and Sonia apologized to me over and over as if it was her fault that she couldn’t get me a frozen drink. Sonia was so sweet and her customer service was impeccable. I wanted to tip her but I was afraid that tipping isn’t allowed and I didn’t want to get her in trouble.

I really dislike that EVERY time I go they make me pull up and wait for my food. I mean it’s good that allegedly I’m getting fresh food but it’s pretty shady that they have you pull up. I assume it’s for their wait time and numbers. It is often very difficult to understand the person in the drive tru speaker. I am never offered my receipt or when I ask for it sometimes I get an attitude I asked. Often times I find errors in my food orders.
