The speaker in the drive thru is always busted, there’s always ONE person working during breakfast and the building and parking lot are a hot mess! Not very friendly, either. Meanwhile, the McDonald’s across the street is newly renovated. Sad. Keep driving.

Drive-up staff very cheerful and courteous. She explained that grilled chicken sandwiches take longer because each is made when ordered as grilled chicken is not a big seller. We chatted as she brought my diet soda and waited for my sandwich to be ready. Nicely charred and piping hot. I felt like I had insider information!

Been here twice and won’t return. Both times I went I was the only one there and still managed to wait 5 minutes each time and the order was also messed up both times. When I went back around to get the order corrected the employee got nasty, raised her voice and cut me off saying that I was wrong and that she gave me what I ordered. I would have showed her the receipt but she never gave me one. Waste of time and energy coming here, there’s a McDonald’s right down the street that’s much better, I recommend going there instead.

I personally had no issues except having to wait at counter 10 min until the little heavy set woman finally asked me what I want. The same lady is very nasty to the other customers. She is constantly cursing about the customers loud enough for the rest of the customers to hear. She curses at customers and gives an attitude to customers when she is clearly in the wrong. The other employees here are nice so if you get the heavy set little white lady be prepared for a fight. This seems to happen everytime I come here. The customer she just cursed at is gone and she has been going on about it for 20 minutes cursing up a storm.

I would never return to this Burger King. Not only was the manager openly rude to one of the employees she also encouraged the other employees to make fun of him and tattle on him as well. She also commented and complained about him to customers. What she did was bullying and no employee should be bullied in a dining room in front of customers by their boss!

The supervisor here was incredibly rude. I have NEVER seen a member of management treat their staff so poorly, as well as have zero consideration for their customers. I’m not even concerned about waiting ten minutes for two sandwiches, I’m more upset about how AWFUL she was to her employee. I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism.
