First and foremost, the staff here are TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Employees here are RUDE to both their customers and to their fellow employees. All the employees were doing was fighting with each other, swearing, and screaming. !!!!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! The employee who served me was incredibly disrespectful and started taking her anger out on me at me for no reason! RIDICULOUS! The employees were so rude, I thought I was at McDonald’s. Went through the drive-thru and did not get my complete order. I went back in the store to let them know the manager was extremely rude, she told me I went through the drive-thru wrong there is only one way to go through the drive-thru. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault I did not have the food I ordered and paid for. She gave me my nuggets and try to look special in front of her employees and told me to get out I could not believe it. If they treat their customers like this, how are they treating their employees? Needless to say I will never go back to the Burger King in Rio grande New Jersey where I am. I will never go back to that Burger King again I guess the customer is not always right but the manager is no matter how much I for my food.

Food was at a good temperature. Not lukewarm like other burger kings. Staff friendly and kept everything clean.its a shame that other fast food places don’t live up to the standards of pre-covid but this one was great!

Absolutely the most horrible experience ever! It looks like they ripped off a chunk of a regular piece…cut that in half… and put them in my sandwiches! I just threw them away when I got to my hotel room in the crest. Burger King just lost a customer.

Stopped for breakfast at the service station, ordered French toast stick meal and a croissant meal and instead of hashbrowns we got fries. When we asked about it they said they were out of hashbrowns. No one said anything when we ordered they just are throwing fries in the bags and sending.people on their way. Had they told us we would have juat ordered the sandwich and drinks, not the meal deals expecting hashbrowns. I hate your fries bit I absolutely LOVE your hashbrowns. How about next time you let people know when you’re out of something

I want to say thank you to manager Nicole and her morning crew. Anytime Nicole is on board the food comes out looking & tasting great! I’m vegan and require pain in the butt substitute sometimes and she always makes sure I’m well taken care of, thank you again for the positive experience.
