place is pretty clean. unlike some other BK’s that give me the skeeves. i mean, i know just about 99% of fastfood restaurants are not stellar, but i’ve yet to get nauseas eating here. i’m a fan of the impossible burger. and they usually have it done by the time i get to the window, whereas when i order the regular veggie burger, i 100% of the time am asked to pull up and wait. i hate doing that but i don’t argue with people who are handling my food. it’s right off I-91, and on washington ave, which is a main road in north haven. pretty busy at lunch time but moves quickly. i don’t like the new cookies. they are too much like an imitation of mcdonalds cookies, only not as good, never warm…if you’re going to copy someone, do it right or do it better. when they had the spudnick (sp?) cookies, at least they were ALWAYS warm. like, always!

Went the Burger King tonight to pick up BK fish. It was overcooked and warm. French fries were good service was quick but I’m very disappointed in the fish never going back again and I do. Not recommend getting their fish have a good night

Workers aren’t the brightest in the bunch. I ordered 4 sandwiches which are 2 for $5. I must have said sausage, egg, and cheese 3 times before they understood what that meant. When I left the window I was only given 3 sandwiches. They tried arguing saying I only said 3. Why would I order 3 when the deal is 2 for $5. Then they charged me full price for the 4th sandwich because they refused to acknowledge their mistake.

Let me start with, it’s a Birger King, so don’t expect to get a 5 star gourmet experience. With that said, the attention to detail on my order, timing and politeness of the staff made it feel like a higher quality meal than I actually ordered. The BK menu is not for everyone however, Fast Food reviews are about the speed and quality of service not the food itself (most of the time).

I was patiently waiting for my food when I saw an older female co-worker yelling at what I believe to be a teenage boy (also a co-worker) to “hurry up, hurry up” very aggressively when the boy appeared to be doing nothing wrong. The manner this lady approached the boy was unbelievable to me and disgusting. Regardless of what the situation was, she has no right to speak to a minor this way, this was very unprofessional. I am so upset I had to witness a situation as this.
