The burger king in east lyme is terrible. Every. Single. Time I go my order is completely messed up. I decided to give them a second chance the other day and nothing changed. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, no bacon. Order chicken nuggets and they forget my BBQ sauce. Not to mention my fries were stale and cold and my chicken nuggets were hard as a rock like they’d been sitting there all day. What a waste of $10. Ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to open all my food in the parking lot to make sure it’s correct before I leave and the restaurant when I complained only offered me $5 off a future order. Like I would ever want to go back

When we walked in we were ignored, no welcome in, no how are you doing, not even a hi. I had a free whopper coupon that I wanted to use, placed the order and handed her the coupon, she said that if I wanted to use the coupon I had to tell her first. I asked to cancel the order and start again, easy enough. She told me in a very rude tone “it’s not as easy as it looks” and rolled her eyes, two button presses later, our order was restarted and the coupon went through. She was the assistant manager, her name was Jess. She was rude the whole time, and just miserable. Food was good but took forever to get. After all that time my fries were soggy. At least the hash browns in the bottom of my fry container were good. I do not recommend this Burger King unless you like being treated horribly by the staff. Spend your money at a different Burger King.

Who is this rude woman at the drive-thru window? She doesn’t listen to the order, and when I correct her, she says, “That’s what I said,” then repeats the wrong thing again. Consistently rude throughout the order process and at the pay window as well. Then I’m charged for a large order and get handed a medium with an explanation of “We don’t serve coffee after noon.” It was 12:04, by the way. So I don’t know why I’m being handed a medium, old coffee instead of being told ahead of time so I can just get the large soda I’m being charged instead. It really isn’t difficult to be polite to your customers. At no point was I rude back, but it sure was tempting to just say, “There is no one else here so I don’t know why you’re in such a panic. Please get this right.”
The picture is a Burger King “large” coffee compared to a Dunkin’ “medium” coffee. She said they don’t have any larger cups, which must be new because I’ve had a large coffee before.
Also, do receipts usually come with these orders? I didn’t get one and would have preferred to leave my feedback with BK instead of Google.

My family and I stopped here on our way home. Service was not a problem the food we received was. Only 1 out the 3 sandwiches we order was hot. My son’s chicken sandwich was ice cold. As you can see in the picture my bacon burger was burned and was so cold it would not even melt the cheese. From now on I well always check my food before I leave.

The chicken sandwich was so full of water it was disgusting. Almost as if someone dunked it in water, so water logged It tasted Terrible and gushed water when you try to eat it, literally spilling water all over. I tried to wring it out, but I just trashed it. Will absolutely never return.

While I understand this is a fast food restaurant, I was so disgusted with this location that I had ti leave a review. Stopped to use restroom w family and noticed right away how outdated it appeared to be. Placed order in person and while looking around saw part of the ceiling hanging down, part missing with insulation / lights exposed in the main dining areas. Floors were sticky and it gave a dirty overall feeling. Needless to say, we didn’t eat the food.
The staff was polite.
To whoever owns this location… you need to do better. I’m not even sure how you’ve passed inspections.

I’m writing this review not because I even eat here often but because I honestly don’t. This is my first time going through the drive thru. The food was okay but they had this sign in the window that took a stand I just really respected through this trying time. It said this” whole country is short staffed please be patient and kind to those who showed up. ” Respect burger king!

For their lousy customer service or their food The service I received from this location was absolutely disgusting. The food was even worse. My fries felt like they have been sitting there longer than their shelf time instead of a eight piece chicken fries. I receive a six piece That were rock hard. I can literally tap it on their counter and it sounds like someone is knocking absolutely disgusting. The worst Burger King I have ever been to.

I came here at 6 pm on a Tuesday. The place was empty, that should have been a clue. The customer service in this restaurant is non-existent. I walked in, got my food, walked out and not one employee spoke to me, not one word. No thank you for coming in. No welcome, how can I help you, nothing, not one word. Needlessl to say, I won’t be coming back here. In fact, I won’t be going to Burger King in the foreseeable future. Nothing Kingly about this place, just a bunch of unhappy employees that don’t seem to realize that customers provide their paycheck. This location has some serious issues.
