The chicken sandwich was so full of water it was disgusting. Almost as if someone dunked it in water, so water logged It tasted Terrible and gushed water when you try to eat it, literally spilling water all over. I tried to wring it out, but I just trashed it. Will absolutely never return.

Who is this rude woman at the drive-thru window? She doesn’t listen to the order, and when I correct her, she says, “That’s what I said,” then repeats the wrong thing again. Consistently rude throughout the order process and at the pay window as well. Then I’m charged for a large order and get handed a medium with an explanation of “We don’t serve coffee after noon.” It was 12:04, by the way. So I don’t know why I’m being handed a medium, old coffee instead of being told ahead of time so I can just get the large soda I’m being charged instead. It really isn’t difficult to be polite to your customers. At no point was I rude back, but it sure was tempting to just say, “There is no one else here so I don’t know why you’re in such a panic. Please get this right.”

I’m very horrible experience. This is the third time I stop To place an order for my crew. And they always refuse to serve me because they tell me the order is too large for them. They’re not able to Handle the launch of an order. The 2 managers they work there. Tell me they cannot take that.

Foxwoods is the best casino in the area but the latenight food situation needs attention asap. All the restaurants worth eating are closed by 11pm. The only food options are Dunkin Donuts, Pizza, Wing Stop, and sometimes Subway. Im like come on Foxwoods we should still be able to get bar food at least!!!

My family and I stopped here on our way home. Service was not a problem the food we received was. Only 1 out the 3 sandwiches we order was hot. My son’s chicken sandwich was ice cold. As you can see in the picture my bacon burger was burned and was so cold it would not even melt the cheese. From now on I well always check my food before I leave.

I’m writing this review not because I even eat here often but because I honestly don’t. This is my first time going through the drive thru. The food was okay but they had this sign in the window that took a stand I just really respected through this trying time. It said this” whole country is short staffed please be patient and kind to those who showed up. ” Respect burger king!

I had walked into the dining room because I was staying in a hotel nearby. Even though the dining room was closed and only the option was drive through they still served me and gave me great service they deserve a raise!

The food was made correctly , and was fresh but the customer service is non existent. Walked in to a employee texting on his phone with his leg over the counter door… great first impression. Secondly took like 5 min or so to even be greeted, that phone was definitely more important. I’m not sure I’ll be back to be honest to this location. Oh and if you need to use the restroom before you eat , use it elsewhere before you come here. There is no restrooms for customers. SMH
