I would have gave them 4 stars like 6 to 8months ago. At that time my food & service was great. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or employees aren’t getting enough sleep. My food would always be super hot & made just the way I like it.

Not only did they make me park and wait for my order that took very long, they did not give me my whole order. I had a lot going on and I didn’t realize they didn’t give my milkshake until I was almost home. I called to see if they could refund my money for the milkshake or if I could get it credited for the following day. I work at a restaurant and that is usually the protocol so I didn’t think that was a problem. The “manager” was very disrespectful and condescending in the way she spoke to me and told me that if I didn’t go back right that moment there was nothing she could do. I would have understood if she wasn’t so condescending and rude. At this point I don’t care about a refund or anything of the sort. I will not be returning. Management there is either improperly trained or they simply don’t care how they treat customers. Regardless of the time of day or what the issue with the customers order is (big or small) there is not reason to talk to a customer in a disrespectful way or call them “honey” with a condescending tone. I never complain or get mad enough to write a bad review but I feel like employees or management should definitely do better.

Came up to the drive through at about 11am April 14th. Ordered our food and we had to wait an unusually long time. When we got to the window realized why the wait was so long. There was a altercation in the kitchen between an employee and either another employee or a customer that broke out in profanity and shoving. We decided it was best to leave without getting the food. I hope everyone involved was fired because it was extremely unprofessional.

If I could place this on zero stars, I would by far the worst Burger King I’ve ever been to I want here for lunch the other day and was stuck in the drive-through for over 25 minutes. I understand people get busy but then be fully staffed when I was sitting in the drive-through, waiting, three cars including myself Drove off because of a over 25 minute wait when you call corporate, they say a manager will contact you the manager never contacts you The worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I will never recommend this place ever again you waste everyone’s time by making him sit in the parking lot and not even having fast food ready And also for the people from corporate, if you’re gonna Lie to your customers to pay your paycheck saying you will have a manager call you and you never do that’s extremely messed up. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will tell everyone how horrible they are They really need to work on their customer service in the corporate area and they really need to work on the speed at the restaurant location horrible Burger King don’t ever go here

My friend visited this location today and when he got home and I opened the sandwich, there was a hair on the lettuce. Absolutely disgusting. Apart from that, every time I go they never seem to have the ice cream machine working and the workers always seem like they don’t want to be there.

The manager Michael who is working at Burger King in East Hartford in Silver ln does not know how to treat customers and has been a customer of yours for 14 years today was the last day since this manager has an attitude with people like this they bring to the business On the floor, however, the morning and noon managers are very kind. They should check it out so they don’t keep losing customers.
