I had a coupon for the $18.49 meal bundle i ordered added cheese to all the whoppers I was in Drive thru I waited at window about 8 minutes for my food finally got order on the way out of parking lot I grabbed a French fry was barely Warm and one home whoppers were actually cold to the touch I tried calling and phone number not in service !!!!

Food came out fairly quickly. It was hot enough. A bit too runny on the Sauce for my Wraps. Otherwise everything was good. I like the New Remodel Job.

I stopped in after work because they were the only place open. I was really nice to the person taking my order even though he was clearly irritated. I even empathized with him as I manage a restaurant myself, but his body language made it clear he didn’t want to deal with me. His name was Tripp and he said he was the manager. When I got home and opened up my sandwich thos is what I found. That’s the bottom of the bun by the way. I will never go to Burger King for anything again and I will tell everyone I know about this. Disgusting.

absolute terrible customer service from the store manager steve. Rude for no reason. Showed up right as they were closing and he told me They threw my food out. No refund either. Placed the order way before they closed and was on my way. Definitely can not handle his job and should not be working there if that’s how he’s going to treat his customers. This not my first experience with him either. He’s always rude and unhappy. Terrible service and definitely will be traveling a little further for better service from BK

This is the absolute best BK. The last couple times I’ve been here my food was hot and fresh upon pick up. The customer service is awesome. I love the outdoor seating! Lunch with my family on Mother’s Day, outside, at your restaurant was absolutely perfect.

Heated for drive thru take out, clearly. I had to wait quite a long time for anyone to come over to take my order. The person had no idea about the details of their 2 for $5 special. The place is still better than McDonald’s, though. They have really gone downhill.

I’ve been coming to this Burger King for years and it’s definitely going downhill. I live about 20 minutes away from this location. 50/50 chance if you get a decent crew on shift or a bunch of people who make it very clear that socializing is their #1 priority. For some reason they can’t seem to figure out what’s on a bacon king burger lately. Recently they forgot to put on cheese and didn’t even know it came with cheese. Tonight they forgot the bacon. On a burger with bacon in its name. I always have to check my order in the parking lot before leaving because they mess up my burger constantly. It’s not even a complicated order. Tonight my husband picked up the food and forgot to check before he left. I shouldn’t have to waste 45+ minutes of my day because they can’t pay attention to the order screen rather than chatting amongst themselves. I can understand the occasional mistake, but the amount of times recently I’ve had to have my food remade is ridiculous.
