I work late, didn’t get a chance to get food anywhere else which was so happy they were open until 12. Was told they had “late night menu only”… TOTALLY fine. But was RUDELY told like 5 times that a late night menu was on the board, which it wasn’t. I was scoffed at. And I was so nice and laughing playfully because it literally was just the regular old menu in front of me. This was maybe 11pm? And they’re open until 12. Waited over 20 minutes and so did the two cars in front of me because “they had shut everything off”… and HOUR before closing…

Stopped in (sent in) to pick up dinner for the whole family. Complicated order so went inside to get everything. The ladies working the front counter from the cashier, order runner (?) and the manager were super sweet and helpful. Took the complicated order explained the toys for the kids meals, made sure the sauces were right, and had everything bagged up perfect with no mistakes. Again, SUPER friendly and competent. Much respect to the manager on duty (this is 3-10-21) and her staff. Also big props to the one guy working in the back on the grill, the burgers were great. Wish every fast food place had a staff this friendly and up to speed. Cheers and godspeed!

I’m giving a 3 but lately they stepped up to almost a 4. Two days ago I got my daughter chicken fries (one of the only things she will eat fast food) they were so dry and shriveled you could tell they tried to reheat them. What a waste of my money, I had to throw them out. It may have turned her off to them forever! I asked the next day if she wanted them and she said NO. She never says no to chicken fries. I will say the few times before I could tell they were fresh out of the fryer they were hot but not dehydrated!

They don’t always get things right and half the time they find is luke warm coming out the window. Overall experience is disappointing but go there for convenience because it isn’t as busy as every place else. I hardly ever see a line. They could be doing so much better.

Have not been to this location once without them screwing up my order in some way, whether it be pickles on the burger I ordered with no pickles, cheese on the burger I ordered with no cheese, or a doctor pepper rather than the coca cola that I ordered in plain English, they always find a way to mess it up; which is always a great thing when you get back to work (20 minutes down the road) to find that you paid for and received a meal which you cant eat. Maybe if the employees would slow down, repeat your order, and actually listen rather than talking over you, they would have a decent chance at getting your order correct. So currently I’m sitting at work (about 20 minutes away) starving with no chance of getting a lunch today because the incompetent Burger King employees at this location cannot do their jobs properly.
