Today I decided to get fast food for the first time in a while, and even though the wait was not “fast food” like the food itself dominated the fast food market. Fresh, hot, and commercial grade presentation. WORTH the wait. Thank you Plymouth BK for taking your time and getting it done right!

This is my first Google review ever I just had to write it, I have ordered food at this burger king before and had no problems, until today. Basically it all because of the older female behind the counter who just frankly is not up to a multitasking jobs. She couldn’t even hand me my take out bag at the counter she just took it and walked outside into the parking lot to try and give it to other customers. She then walked back in and said the wrong name even though its printed on the receipt. After that I didnt even trust to eat the food so I just threw the unsealed bag away and walked out. It wasn’t worth trying to wait for another 10 minutes to get service through the kiosk because she couldn’t process multi tasks at the same time. All I will say is some people shouldn’t work some jobs if they can’t do it.

Didn’t know they did burgers for breakfast but they do. This location is fairly consistent on their good and cleanliness and this time my burger was hot and fresh, my breakfast tots were fresh out of the fryer and the coke was brixed dead on. Other BKs should learn from this location.

I understand it was lunch time and that it was busy. I was pleased to hear the women told me they got my online order, however this was the end of my dwindling patience. Multiple people proceeded to come in after me and got served before me. I was standing right next to the counter just as others were and they were acknowledged unlike myself. I was intentionally being ignored even as people were looking at me out of the corner of their eyes pretending like they did not see me. I’m not the one to make a scene with multiple people in the restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes and was never acknowledged nor did I ever receive what I ordered because it was forgotten. I will not be coming back to this location ever again as this was poor service.

Unfortunately, I recently had a very poor experience at this Burger King location. We ordered through the app, went to the drive-thru, and informed the employee on the speaker that we had a mobile order. The employee, who later in the interaction identified himself and said he was a manager, stated that the order had just been placed and then used inappropriate and profane language while telling us to pull up to the window.
When we reached the window, we said that we no longer wanted the food and requested a refund due to the interaction. He continued using unprofessional language and behavior, and we ultimately left without receiving either the food or a refund because the situation felt very concerning and uncomfortable.

I do want to note that during past visits, other staff members at this location have been kind and professional, and the Burger King guest care team was also helpful.

Employee, likely a manager, kept swearing loudly enough for everyone in the building to hear. Very inappropriate and enough that I’ll never go in there again, and certainly no one with kids should ever go in there.

i waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes just for me to get up to the window and got treated horribly from the old lady in the window and i didn’t even get what i ordered. i highly recommend not going to this burger king!!

Sat at the drive up for 10 minutes and was never even spoken to. Other car had the same issue saw 4 cars leave before I did too. It was at 230 and not even super busy
