I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito plus a diet cherry limeade.
My drink was perfect..
The burrito is another story.. The tortilla was crunchy, the bacon was burnt so the eggs tasted of burnt bacon.. The eggs where cook just right and probably would of been good if not for the bacon. Service was quick and friendly.
I just had a burger there yesterday and it was a good burger.. So I felt breakfast was be good as well. Not so much.. I will continue to come here but I might not get breakfast.

I sit in the drive thru for about 15 minutes waiting to give my order when someone that works there pulled up and went in to tell them there was people at the drive thru. Seemed like a jaw jacking session going on inside. Then when I got to the window, took another 15 minutes. People actually left, got tired of waiting. I ordered a dry burger and it came out just meat and cheese!! WTH?!? And if specified no mayo or mustard. Last time I’ll visit this place!

My husband went to get himself breakfast and was waiting in the drive through for a couple of minutes with no response, he said “hello” 5 times, and when he pulled up to the window where three females were talking and just standing there and they didn’t realize he was there until he honked and scared them. I do not appreciate the way they treat customers and how can you call yourself fast food but be slow? There are many things that you should do to make sonic better, like having employees who actually do their jobs and do it at fast pace considering they chose that job, have more than just three people working and idk maybe change it from fast food to drop by and stay thirty minutes food. Not to mention if it’s a slow day how hard is it to make something the way they want? If they say no onions or just plain and dry MAKE IT THE WAY THEY WANT not the way you want to make it. It’s not that hard to do a job correctly.

The past 2 times I’ve came here the employees have been very rude. One of the employees sighed , rolled there eyes at my friend and spoke with major attitude. 1 ultimate breakfast burrito, 2 med fries, 2 44oz drinks, and a Sonic cheeseburger during happy hour will cost you $17. We asked to talk to the manager and they told us “I know our food is expensive, but the price is correct”.

Your loosing service by not making Doordash a priority, it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to make 5 drinks, Doordash workers are timed also and you being late is not a excuse. Sonic is causing customer’s to cancel sonic orders. Your only excuse is that you are timed? So are we and we are trying to take customers their food from your establishment. I will be contacting someone about this issue. And how ridiculously rude I have been treated by establishment when i get about 10 or 15 doordash orders from here a day. Stop being lazy.
