This Burger King location has an employee that is not customer friendly by any means. She is very sarcastic, although she tries to sound polite, but you can just tell the difference from genuinely being friendly and not. She does not inform customers of options that are or are not available per meal/ items ordered and does not have any form of manners (not even fake). I will not be going to ANY Burger King in the area again after this, as the location in Tilton, NH is also horrible since the pandemic and losing employees.

This burger king is exit 24 north on 93. Great service mediocre food. I think I’m about done with Burger King as an option. Employees were nice but food was horrible. Flat cola, nasty cookies, Luke warm chicken sandwich. Only the fries were worth noting.

Everytime (twice, now) I’ve driven into their parking lot and tried the door, it’s locked. The dining room, empty. I can’t tell if it’s closed or what. And I used to love BK.

Took my grandson’s there today for lunch. The dining room was closed. So that meant no bathrooms available. We went through the drive-thru. After 40 minutes of waiting and getting to our order that was many items that were not available. We finally got our order and off we went and that will be the last time that I ever go to this Burger King. The outside of the building and the drive into the restaurant is horrible it is all overgrown and the road is just awful I believe that this restaurant should be closed permanently.

I usually go out to eat a lot as you can see. I don’t know what to say about this it was Burger King. Nothing was wrong they didn’t get the order wrong and customer service was the usual. I’m not stupid I know people are miserable that work there and if they aren’t it probably because the government different country and they’re happy to work a a slave job because from where they came from it was a hell of a lot worse

AWFUL customer service. Went through the drive thru…. Did not get one of our burgers…. Drove back through the drive thru and sat at the window and no one came to the window…. Then drove back around to the speaker and the employee started arguing with us stating that 3 people checked the bag and that we did get our burger and there was nothing he could do for us. We are a family and had two kids with us…. They did NOT give us one of our burgers.
