Went to burger king for breakfast. We saw one of them feeling up some of our food. We found out why when we got home.
Update 8/20/25: Went there for dinner again and they somehow overcooked the bun and undercooked the burger??

Please be careful going to this Burger King. They’ve put extra charge on people’s food the items I didn’t order. I didn’t ask for an extra barbecue sauce. So I told him why I’m getting charged extra $0.30 they wouldn’t explain to me so I asked them for the receipt and they put a orange line over the cent sign so I wouldn’t see it. That’s not right them doing that. And this is not the first time it happened to me. That’s why I said something to the supervisor why I’m getting charged extra that I didn’t order. So be careful going here. Ask for your receipt and double check what you ordered

I’ve been coming here for 31yrs (458 Smithfield Ave Providence) and with the new manager and co workers they are rude no
smile they always have a mean look. You would be lucky to get a fake smile from one I think is the manager. And just an hour ago 7:34pm. I ordered from the app and had a question about it. The girl said I don’t know how to use the app. I told her I know your app sucks. You can only order one thing like a sandwich and wait an hour for your fries. That’s when you think twice on the fries because you already lost your appetite. You need to change it. Everyone is complaining about it. But the service there is sooo baddd a lot of people I know won’t go there even though it’s close by they travel to Cedar St in Pawtucket or Park Ave in Cranston to get better service with a smile. . It’s sad because I love Burger King. I choose the Crowns over the Clowns .

This location is one of the last I ever want to revisit. Workers were scrambling to finish orders, and with the long wait, the food was not good. The chicken patty buns were burnt and there were clumps of lettuce in the burgers. The soda was okay, but they gave me about 4 onion rings. Worst fast food experience by far.

If I could give this store zero stars I would but unfortunately, you have to take a Star. Asked for some half these they only gave me five and two onion ring. The guy at the window was very blast nowhere near friendly and seemed very annoyed. As we pulled up to the window to get our food, I watched the other worker, which appeared to be maybe a Hispanic lady, throwing the fries in the bag they stuffed all the food in one bag and handed it to us as if they were annoyed with life. Last time I ordered from that store. Don’t waste your time going there.
