Wow, probably the best experience I have ever had at Popeyes I walked out smiling. The food was amazing and we got our food within 2 minutes of ordering, so it was fast. I also tried their special sauce for the first time. It was spicy and had a nice kick to it. I also had a coupon which just made things better. The worker was very helpful helping me to use the kiosk to use the coupon on the kiosk.

I placed a Togo online at 8 pm to pickup at 8:50 soon as I placed an order they prompted my order was ready.
I pick up my order at 8:50 get it home and the whole order was bad the chicken was all scrap pieces that didn’t sell during the day I ordered a 8 piece meal and they gave me maybe 15 pieces of dried out breading no real chicken because the were less then a 1/2 inch thick and the Mac and cheese was overcooked and curdled one big pile of mush. I called the store asking for a refund they said it was an online order so they would not refund me and that’s the way they cook the Mac and cheese. Tried online customer service and they wouldn’t give me any money back only a coupon for half of what I paid on my next visit ( Never Again) when I refused the offer they offered me 2500 points I refused the offer again asking for a full refund and I told the I still have all the food to give back to them so they can sell to someone else. Now I receive a message saying my case has been closed and to reopen another claim to start again. I tried to open a new claim online and they put me in a loop saying case has been closed. So I call the corporate office they take your phone number and hang up on you saying they will send you a txt for further assistance
All it was is a link back to the online help same one that had me blocked. Bottom line they serve you crap and if you complain the keep all your money and block you from customer service.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BESURE TO TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND COWORKERS I WORK IN A HOSPITAL SO I HAVE 4000 coworkers and lived in the area for 60 years

My husband and I had a coupon for $25.99 – 10 mixed classic, 2 large sides, & 5 biscuits. (This coupon added a large side & 1 extra biscuit) We were definitely satisfied with our dinner last night lol. We added in two dipping sauces: Sweet Heat & their new, Signature Sauce, a strawberry pie, and caramel cheese cake! The food was bomb we killed it, just the TWO of us + Copper lol!

That’s bullshit. I have never received my Sriracha dippers inside of a french fry case they always came inside of a box like a combo. I will never waste my money at this location again.

1. They said “we don’t have any spicy tenders do you want to take regular instead”
It’s 8:40PM. you don’t close until 2AM why the hell don’t you have spicy chicken strips made?
Any how.
2. I could not get what I wanted but I also paid for two biscuits on the side the little Asian girl at the window did not put in my bag.
All I said was the world should close down because nobody wants to do anything after 8. That doesn’t mean don’t give me my biscuits.

The worst service, they closed at 10 and we only arrived 10 minutes before they closed, the employee behaved immaturely, he made me leave without enjoying my food, it only took us a short time to finish eating and he was simply insisting that I had to leave, he insulted me asking me if he told me in Spanish or English, he made me dirty my clothes for insisting that I had already closed and they had only been a few minutes after 10, he should have told me from a moment that I could no longer eat there, not that I only had 10 minutes to eat, nothing made him uncomfortable if he ate there, I regret that they hire people like that, who are not trained with good manners.

Wow. Very disgusting. The spicy chicken was terrible. This place must give bonuses for not wasting food because I couldn’t even finish this nasty sandwich. It had been sitting under the warmers waaaay too long. Same can be said for the hard dirt clod rocks (biscuits). No amount of Popeyes water and sugar added “honey” could make them better. The hi-c was out of mix. The boxed mashed potatoes tasted like they always do. Like damn… if I wanted to eat garbage I would have went to KFC. Will not be back. Our bodies are too precious to be putting this kind of food into our temples. Shame on you.
