This is the second time my order was undercooked by the same employee. I got the same order from a different employee 3 nights ago and the Royal Crispy Chicken was really good. I was literally the only person in the drive thru. Jesus $7.50 for a chicken sandwich the LEAST they could do is cook it correctly!

Outstanding service! I stopped by and ordered two Big King meals with the impossible burger. They had run low on impossible patties, so it took them a little longer than usual to get my meal. They let me know of the delay when I ordered, and I said I was okay with it. The cashier apologized multiple times for the delay, and the cook even wrote “thank you” on the wrapping of my burger.

This visit was on 11/19/22. I typically have great experiences at BK, but there was a variety of issues during this visit. The wait for the food took approximately 30 minutes, and there were 3 orders/cars in front of me at the time of arriving. After ordering, I pulled to the window which was blocked by another staff member on the phone, so I was not able to communicate with the employee taking my credit card and handling the food. When I came to the drive-thru window to pay, the total for the meal was inaccurate, which I identified with the employee who told me the total would be the correct, cheaper price if he made a modification which we agreed to.

I ordered a build your own whopper meal. None of the things I asked for were on the sandwich. The onion rings were cold an stale, an broken into little burnt pieces. Chicken fries were also cold. You figure the Dasher would have noticed something when he was handed a cold bag of food. I really like BK, but I only get it occasionally bc of their price hikes. So this is truly disappointing. Not to mention a serious waste of money and food

after waiting 15 minutes at the drive through they handed me the wrong meal then when i handed it back a different person handed me the same thing. 10 minutes later i was rudely handed my meal. Please close down this location it is such a waste of space.

Stay away… not sure if it’s just this burger king here or if it is a symptom of things to come. I bought a medium tripple whopper meal with a side of onion rings… it cost me $27! For a fast food burger!! I had to check and triple check to make sure my order was correct… it was, and now I’m paying restaurant prices for a fast food joint… this is crazy considering I could’ve gone to a half decent sit-down restaurant and got a better burger for cheaper…. outrageous… won’t be long before they go out of business……. guy at the drive thru acted as if I was bothering him, and even though I was cordial, he remained rude… stay away, there are way better places to eat in the area… plus you won’t get ripped off…stay away…!

Ordered a Chic’king sandwich and received the value chicken sandwich. When I brought it back the women at the country said it was the Chic’king sandwich, Burger King just changed the meat they sent the restaurant for it. They also made me leave the drive thru, oak and wait ten minutes to get the burnt sandwich.
