Upon entering establishment, no greeting as we approached and stood against the rail so we could peruse the menu board. The cashier, somewhat rudely asked us, “are you ready?” We let someone else go and then we ordered. Very impatient and tried to rush us.
Took longer then usual to receive our food and when we did, it was not made to our order preference and our drink wasn’t how it normally is made. When I brought it to her attention, she ignored the food preparation and the drink she stated that’s how it is made. So I told her to add another ingredient to my drink.
What an awful experience at this location. Hope they are aware of this after my review as I do review a lot on here and TripAdvisor.
When I received the receipt, the price charged to my credit card was the incorrect amount. After this, the line that was behind us waiting was significantly longer than when we arrived, and we were not able to wait any longer to make the correct adjustments to our order. When we unwrapped our order, the impossible whoppers were not made how we ordered (and what receipt reflects). I attempted to call the store three times (once on 11/20, twice throughout the day on 11/21). I called periodically until finally reaching the restaurant on 11/29.
When I finally got in touch on 11/29, the manager Earl refused to provide a refund despite his store failing to render the service. He told me there’s nothing they can do since it occurred 10 days before, despite that I reached out immediately the following day.
The food was inaccurate, the service was subpar, and Earl doesn’t understand how “failing to render a service” leads to credit card chargebacks, which I’ve initiated due to how Earl handled our interaction.
EDIT: Chargeback was successful.
The staff that works here (said she has worked for Burger King for 15 years!) Is without a doubt the friendliest, most cheerful staff we’ve ever come across. And we’ve eaten at Burger Kings right across the country!
She was so helpful and cheerful starting right from the drive thru microphone.
I wish I got her name. What an asset to the company….promote her somehow!!
