Typical burger King, although the drive-through is a little slow (maybe It was a peak time) Nothing bad to say it’s typical fare for the $$$. Enjoy your burger and fries or nuggets. Then head on home for mommas finest feast. Plenty of parking. Bathrooms where clean

One of the worst BK’s in New England!

Upon entering establishment, no greeting as we approached and stood against the rail so we could peruse the menu board. The cashier, somewhat rudely asked us, “are you ready?” We let someone else go and then we ordered. Very impatient and tried to rush us.

Took longer then usual to receive our food and when we did, it was not made to our order preference and our drink wasn’t how it normally is made. When I brought it to her attention, she ignored the food preparation and the drink she stated that’s how it is made. So I told her to add another ingredient to my drink.

What an awful experience at this location. Hope they are aware of this after my review as I do review a lot on here and TripAdvisor.

This is the second time my order was undercooked by the same employee. I got the same order from a different employee 3 nights ago and the Royal Crispy Chicken was really good. I was literally the only person in the drive thru. Jesus $7.50 for a chicken sandwich the LEAST they could do is cook it correctly!

Went there to get dinner for my family, it was 8 chicken jr rodeo sandwich’s add cheese, after waiting quite some time, get the food, they forget the cheese and when I go up and ask them to just add it to the food they proceeded to hand me a bag with 8 slices of cheese in it. I was so surprised at the situation I will not be returning

This visit was on 11/19/22. I typically have great experiences at BK, but there was a variety of issues during this visit. The wait for the food took approximately 30 minutes, and there were 3 orders/cars in front of me at the time of arriving. After ordering, I pulled to the window which was blocked by another staff member on the phone, so I was not able to communicate with the employee taking my credit card and handling the food. When I came to the drive-thru window to pay, the total for the meal was inaccurate, which I identified with the employee who told me the total would be the correct, cheaper price if he made a modification which we agreed to.

When I received the receipt, the price charged to my credit card was the incorrect amount. After this, the line that was behind us waiting was significantly longer than when we arrived, and we were not able to wait any longer to make the correct adjustments to our order. When we unwrapped our order, the impossible whoppers were not made how we ordered (and what receipt reflects). I attempted to call the store three times (once on 11/20, twice throughout the day on 11/21). I called periodically until finally reaching the restaurant on 11/29.

When I finally got in touch on 11/29, the manager Earl refused to provide a refund despite his store failing to render the service. He told me there’s nothing they can do since it occurred 10 days before, despite that I reached out immediately the following day.

The food was inaccurate, the service was subpar, and Earl doesn’t understand how “failing to render a service” leads to credit card chargebacks, which I’ve initiated due to how Earl handled our interaction.

EDIT: Chargeback was successful.

I have never written a review on a Burger King but after visiting this location, I had to!
The staff that works here (said she has worked for Burger King for 15 years!) Is without a doubt the friendliest, most cheerful staff we’ve ever come across. And we’ve eaten at Burger Kings right across the country!
She was so helpful and cheerful starting right from the drive thru microphone.
I wish I got her name. What an asset to the company….promote her somehow!!

Horrible customer service. Josh at the register never greeted me, had a miserable disposition, got the order wrong, and behaved like I was bothering him. I don’t expect anything to come of this review.

Noone in the place, there was 4+ workers and noone would take our order. The manager literally stood and watched the food being made without taking our order. Happened to another customer after us also. Place was dirty. Booths gross and floors were greasy to the point where you slide. Take better care please place isn’t busy enough or understaffed to lack this underservicing. Do better!!
