Horrible horrible horrible I cannot stress that enough the customer service was so bad. The drive through cashier was so rude for no reason.The burger was disgusting and sad it was so hard I didn’t even bother eating it.its 6pm with no one in the drive thru how could you possibly mess up a cheese burger ?? The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining room is quiet and tidy. I was about to drive by and smelled that flame broiled burger scent, (you know you’ve smelled it too ) and I HAD to stop in!

Disgusting food, order a double whopper
Frys looks like it was over cooked or oil was from 2 months using the same oil.
Diet coke was the worse thing I ever drink!
Diesel fuel would probably be better!

They take your money but dont give you what you paid for, paid for 2 orders of cheese tots and was not given any cheese tots, did not order any chicken nuggets and they gave me a 4 pc to make up for the cheesy tots they jip me on. On lunch so no time to go back so i guess its my problem.. ohh and i called the store and no answer just rang and rang. Ill never go back to this location its 3 out of 3 bad experiences

Just bad location, even with no cars you wait very long. Been there 4 times each time was over 10 minutes one time was 22 minutes with 2 cars a head waiting as well. Employees were fine not sure what’s going on in there. Tauton and in fall river. Always dope attics all around asking for money and all messed up.

Wait times are absolutely insane at this location. This isn’t “Fast Food” it’s slower than your busiest sit down restaurant. Corporate really needs to look into this place, but I have a theory BK corporate has pretty much abandoned looking into their own locations.

I order from the Burger King because it is the closest one to me for convenience. Absolutely every single time without a doubt that I order for pick up or delivery whoever is making the food is not actually reading the tickets. I always have whatever I’m being ordered, modified, every time I order a sandwich I change something of it, taking something off and putting something else on, every single time if I am not ordering it Through the drive-through myself, it is made incorrectly, as if nobody is reading the actual tickets. I am putting modifications for a reason and absolutely every single time it is made wrong.

THIS BURGER KING SUCKS!!!!! We had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru just to place our order. There was one car ahead of us and they were asked to wait at the door for their order.
When i asked if i could place my order, they kept saying we will be right with you. We finally ordered and moved to the window to pay and we were asked to move up to the door that our order will be right out. Mind you we only orderdd a Jr Wopper and large fry.
We waited another 15 minutes and I finally went inside to see what the hold up was. There were 2 people just standing around doing nothing and only 1 customer in the building. Only 1 girl was doing anything.
When I asked about my order, they said “Oh, I thought that was filled”. They then proceeded to warm up my hamburger and make it. I told them we should get a discount for having to wait and they wouldn’t do that.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with this restaurant, that’s why I’m writing this.
AVOID THIS RESTAURANT!! THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!.
