My boyfriend and I just had dinner to go from there. This shift’s crew was everything you would want and expect from a fast food team! The workers were efficient and kind. Our food came out in a timely manner and it was hot and tasted good like it was supposed to. We definitely recommend this Arby’s.

Pulled up to the drive thru, car in front of me orders and pulls up. I get to speaker, no greeting, hey, hi, hello, kiss my butt, nothing but a hold on a minute. Lady talking to co-workers on the mic, finally takes my order, doesn’t repeat to make sure its accurate, or even ask if I want anything else, and does not give me a total. Dang, some days I don’t like my job either, but I fake it til I make it. Can we not do better for God’s sakes?? Also, this place is dead! There is no excuse for this lack of service! *Update, I’m at the window now, music playing on a employee’s phone, she had to ask what drink I had again, and was offered no sauces, none in the bag. I parked and went inside for sauce. Ridiculous.

Hit or miss on service. One days its great, smiles, and asked if everything is good. Next time you can see the bad attitude, like you’re annoying them with the order and will take forever. Food is good each time.

Fresh arby’s sliders, fries were fresh , bread fresh…..mighty tasty. It was yummy. Didn’t get a picture of the food as I ate on the go, but it was a quick serve through the drive thru and great customer service .

I was a DoorDasher tonight for this Arby’s being one of my jobs and I must say the manager Jacob and the employee Olivia were absolutely amazing to be acquainted with! They greeted me and I told them I was there for a door dash and they were very nice and polite with me, and I really appreciated it! I’m not social often, but tonight was an exception because of the great atmosphere they gave me in return! I would definitely come here or recommend it to anyone as long as they’re working! I almost started singing with Olivia because I have a sister of the same name and she reminded me of my sister and my experience was very welcoming! I recommend them for a huge raise if possible! I would say that was the best experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant ever of all time! All due to two respectful joyful souls that so happen to worked that night! Thank you to Olivia and Jacob!
