Staff is not properly trained, store is not properly staffed, parking lot is dirty, bathrooms are dirty, the App does not work for either pick up or mobile order. They do not give loyalty points here making me not even want to eat at any BK. McDonalds always gets me my points. Wendy’s too.

Worse Burger King i have ever went to. The night shift are terrible. There customers service is awful. The night person that supposed to manage her team members is the worse. She said that they fake been managers and she been there for 1 yr and have never been properly trained. I came in one afternoon through Drive thru. They gave me cold food soda was watered down. I showed them the food and they made me go back in line. I go back in line and waited 5 min to get to the window for them to tell me they cant do my food over and that i cant get a refund. So i asked for management and they didn’t have no management. Police arrived at Burger King. The crew members gave the same attitude to police and didn’t want to share there name or the person in charge. The officers were really nice and apologized to me for there behavior and told me to come back in the morning to speak to management so they could resolve this issue. I ended up with no food or money until the morning. Worse experience. They mentioned Burger kings policy don’t allow to give refunds or there name. So unprofessional with headphones on and phones out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BURGER KING. PLEASE TRAIN EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMER!!!

Customer service is good. They were willing to correct the order with no questions asked, when there was a mistake. I come to this location many times during the week at different times and I can say the food is hot most of the time. This is the best Burger King in Northern MA

On May 17 around 10:25pm, I have never seen anything like this before..how I was treated in the drive thru. She say to me are you gonna order or not or you just gonna seat there. Hurry up. She didn’t give me time to look at the manue. I was afraid to order. I just left. It happens in Wilmington burger King. I was really sad coming from didn’t even get to eat anything.

I got a jr. Whopper with cheese, the whole sandwich was ice cold. The meat looked barely cooked, the cheese unmelted. If I hadn’t already left to eat at the pond, which is less than 2 minutes away, certainly not long enough for a burger to get that cold. The french fries at least was hot. It was disgusting. I should of known, went there about a month ago, it wasn’t that great then either. Not ever again!

I ordered hash browns fresh to order. The woman told me it just came out so I said ok and left. As I’m driving I put my hand in the bag and felt some cold old potatoes mixed in the bag. So I didn’t really get what I ordered. Instead of them throwing out the old potatoes they mix them in. If I was close enough I would if returned them back. There people who doesn’t care out the customer is sad. I will never go back and I will tell everyone on social media not to shop here

If these employees work better they would receive more customers and that would mean more work for the employees at the same pay rate, therefore they serve the worst food to not meet expectations. I received my order seconds after I placed it, and it was soggy and greasy beyond consumption.

I waited for 16 minutes just for the woman to tell me that they are closed. If your closed it doesn’t hurt to tell me that or to put a sign up. They need to learn some customer service. Plus the few times I’ve come her before they are awalys very slow, rude, and they always mess up our orders
