Wasn’t given receipt but expected to know order number. “Cheesy tots” have no cheese. Chicken fries dry and tasteless, difficult to eat. Very disappointing.

Update 11/15/25: no longer open 24/7 despite signage remaining the same. Shame as this is one of the only late night options in the area.

If you open your Burger King app and see no offers after setting this location as your store, don’t worry—it’s not just you. It seems this store suddenly stopped participating in any Burger King offers starting this year some time (maybe on purpose, maybe by mistake). I wish they come back or some one fix this. I live nearby, and now I have to drive 5 more miles to other Burger King store to get my whopper on Wednesday.

The young man with the curly hair working tonight 7/27 around 12-1am who was doing the drive through and gave us our food was absolutely amazing. He was working super hard, multitasking and asking if we wanted different sauces and was overall amazing. Not only was he being composed with the long drive through but had such amazing spirit and brought me and my husband a smile to our faces and a great conversation to talk about on the way home. I am absolutely proud of his hard work and how nice he was. Best fast food experience of my entire life and I hope he gets to see this and corporate acknowledges what an outstanding employee they have.

The manager on duty tonight at 7:30 on 5/21/2025 at the Lowell Street, Wilmington Location should absolutely be fired by Burger King. Waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes at the ordering Kiosk with not a peep from anyone. There were about 8 cars pulled up to the pay window but not moving at all. I thought maybe the drive thru kiosk wasn’t working and that all the cars waiting for their orders had driven straight up to the window to order and that’s why it was taking so long. I finally left the kiosk and drove up to the window. I said “no one was taking my order at the kiosk so I thought I should come up and order right at the window”. With that I showed them the coupon for two original chicken sandwiches and fries to the girl at the window. The manager then yelled out to me “I’m busy that’s why no one took your order” The other girl at the window turned to the manager and asked if she could take my order. The manager said NO. She was rude and refused to serve me. The girl at the window felt bad and just said I’m sorry. I would like to report whoever the manager on duty was on the above date. She should not be employed by Burger King or for that matter be a manager for them.
