I have not been to this BK for a while. I would say it has definitely improved in service and is cleaner.
I went to get a SpongeBob adult meal being a fan in the early days. When my kids were younger we were big fans. We still quote it. The meal was actually quite good. A bit too much for me but I packed it in.

Atrocious service. Once is understandable. But after 3 instances of having to wait a very long time (all at different hours of the day, most recently 20 minutes waiting to order at the drive-thru—I left by then), I’m never going back. If I had to guess, the staff isn’t trained properly on how to operate efficiently.

Ordered just large fries on Aug 2 and usually the price is $4.48 with tax and no receipt was given upon delivery. So asked for the receipt which earlier she was hesitant to provide one. At that time did not see the charge on my cc and when going through charges at home I noticed the operator charged $5 and when I received the order she never mentioned about the extra charge for any service. Please check and ask for receipt so you don’t get charged extra. Hope the management sees this review and takes necessary action. I understand it is hard times for everyone and if asked I will be happy to provide extra but you cannot charge extra without my consent.

Stopped going there over 6 months ago due to the order always being wrong. Tried again tonight and.. despite the sticker on the bag showing 2 woppers with cheese and quickly checking the bag to make sure we had 2 burgers and our fries and onion rings we get home and 2 we had 2 Jr woppers. Almost $40 and still got ripped off. Should have gone somewhere else. I am so done.

Lovely experience. Politely asked if there was any ice cream “at 10:59PM” knowing I was being a nuisance. Luckily the two wonderful ladies working tonight were able to provide me great service and satisfy my hunger for ice cream and chicken nuggets. Thank you.

If your time to open is 10am, should you not be ready to serve food at 10am? Why do we have to wait till 10:10ish am to order food? Multiple cars have pulled away and into the Starbucks line because of this. Seems like money down the drain to me. P.s. it is 10:12 and we are still waiting to order in the drive thru.

I have been waiting to order at the cashier. Only 3 staffs work there. I caught the staff wearing the same gloves to use the cashier machine and foods. They mess up my orders. I can’t stay here too long time between 15 -20mins. Because I have things to do. They didn’t give me the receipt. They take advantage of me that I didn’t order. I ask them for refund back. Their service is the same and badly. I will don’t go there back again. Ugh…. They forget to give me that I ordered.

Been eating here for over a year and never had a problem. Food is hot and tastes exactly like you’d expect from any Burger King. Only minor gripe I have is that it can be a hassle to get in/out due to the BJs gas and single entrance, but that’s not the fault of the restaurant.
Edit October 2025: I’m disappointed that it appears this location has discontinued digital coupons. Other nearby locations have them so I’m not sure why this location doesn’t. Haven’t been back since they stopped running the coupons but will come back if the coupons do.

I ordered one sandwich in the drive thru around 1:30pm, nothing special just a whopper with cheese. I pulled up to the window and sat there for over 5 minutes and no one opened the window, took my money or helped me. I drove away without my order. Terrible service
