I came to celebrate my birthday with my son because I use to love there food. Butttt there food value has really gone down. The food from the 1st station with the mane courses is cold ( pitcher of what is cold) and there food doesn’t taste as good. Really not worth what you pay for it. But the service was good. Just the food wasn’t as good as it was a few months ago.

Was the only person in the restaurant. Was placed at table drink arrived. After not did anyone ask if I needed anything. It was late in the lunch schedule, food on buffet was limited understandably, but you would at least expect service coming by to at a minimum ask if there was anything else needed. Refill on drink, anything that they could get from the back. But attendant was more concerned about his phone the his costumers.
I have been a customer to this location for a number of years. At least once every other month. But this will probably be my last time. Sorry, not sure if change in ownership has brought the lack of interest in costumer or just obsession with ones phone!!!

once again, as I mentioned the other day .. my family & I went to the buffet. everything was cold, soggy & disgusting. the plates were greasy, smeared in old food. the service was trash, the server didn’t understand anything except taking money.

Very nice lady there but no real waitresses. All our plates stayed on the table the whole visit.
It was around 4pm, so, perhaps I came too early.
Food was kind of hard and not fresh or crispy. Especially the fried cream cheese thingies. Some were put out hot but was still hard. Not the inside, the outside part.
That whole building needs renovation.
The bathroom is hard to get thru for a person with disabilities.

I love it since new owners took over! The service is very friendly and always helpful. Many new dishes and always so good. The fried frog legs and butter shrimp are my favorites. The waitress is super friendly and works very hard! The cooks make the food so delicious! The new owner is really nice. If you haven’t eaten there lately, you should go try it. By the way, Panda has the BEST frog legs anywhere around!!

Omg, yesterday was my first time visiting and I chose the takeout buffet. There was a lot to choose from and it was very reasonable. The hostess at the front door was very kind, beautiful smile and helpful! Custom service is very important to me and she gets a 12+ (excellent above & beyond service)!!! The food was very delicious, I must go back today & bring my Mom! Thank you Panda Restaurant
