Walked in at 6pm on a Tuesday No one in the dining room, actually had chairs blocking access to it. Was ignored by staff for 10 minutes. The 2 cars that pulled in drive thru after I was inside were served before I was even acknowledged. Asked nicely if I could place an order. Got attitude “we are busy”… Busy ignoring customers at the counter.

I had a coupon for a free double cheeseburger. One stipulation really bugged me. I had to buy during breakfast. Usually, a restaurant sets separate hours, so the staff can change over the kitchen for lunch. So, I was 20 minutes into lunch. You don’t sell double cheeseburgers for lunch? Today was my 2nd attempt at using that coupon. Annoyed at their refusal to allow use of the coupon, I ripped it up, said have a nice day to the cashier and left. I’m done with that stupid location! Never coming back!

This is one of the cleanest spots I’ve seen in all of BK’s locations. Even the furniture and curtains are maintained well. It has a nice ambience. I was trying to place an order from my mobile app but it got stuck during checkout. I went ahead to place a dine-in order. On hearing my order, the staff immediately asked if I had placed a mobile order. I told her I tried to but the app was non-responsive. She was nice enough to check my order to see if it had come through, and it had. If the staff hadn’t checked it, I would have ended up double ordering. Interestingly, though all BK locations are meant to be standardized, I noticed that their fries are crisper and more flavorful than the rest of the BK locations!

Usually this place is a bit disappointing. Today not so bad. The onion rings were a bit older and a little chewy but I actually enjoyed them that way. Both burgers were great, and the fries were hot and crispy. I even got a strawberry Dr. Pepper! Not bad overall.

This Burger King in particular is very consistent with serving hot food, especially french fries. I also love the spicy chicken sandwich. The only downside is it is expensive for fast food.

Alright, it’s time for me to get on my soapbox….enough is enough. I came to this BK location and ordered one of their new French Toast Sandwiches. I specifically told them I wanted sausage and bacon with NO CHEESE. When I got home I noticed melted cheese on my sandwich. Needless to say, I was miffed. How could they mess that up? I was the only customer inside the restaurant, and it wasn’t crazy outside the pickup window. Shame on me for not checking my order before I left the restaurant. This isn’t the first time this location has screwed up my order in recent months. About a month ago, I stopped by after work and ordered a couple of hamburgers…I stated to the cashier, NO KETCHUP!! Naturally, I received both burgers WITH ONLY KETCHUP on them! Luckily, I was in the dining area at the time, and had them make me a new batch of burgers. I will no longer frequent this location. What scares me is the fact that these people will be making $15 an hour soon. $15 an hour is a lot to pay someone who can’t follow simple instructions on how to make a burger, or sandwich properly. I remember it took me years to work my way up to make $15 per hour in my career. I actually had to apply my mind, make decisions, and use critical thinking skills to get the job done for less than what these people make. It is very sad how far we’ve fallen as a society to tolerate this type of poor customer service.

Fries were fresh, that’s about the only good thing I can say. Burger so cold cheese wasn’t even partially melted. So much ketchup/mustard it was all over the paper when I opened it – now all over my hands. And no a single napkin in my drive through bag.

Another local Burger King restaurant, that employees will intentionally sabotage a customer’s food order, given observation of possible/long term/evolving illegal/criminal property activity, possibly perpetrated by employees/select customers, observed/documented and reported to Federal law enforcement, given the seriousness/importance, they’re perview/oversight/and investigative resources related to specific complex criminal activity, that includes oversight of possible public corruption/involving law enforcement.

Went in yesterday and got 2 breakfast sandwiches, both of which were moldy and they are making me jump through hoops to get a refund which is absolutely unacceptable and repulsive.
