First off I’m a lobster roll reviewer so that will be the main focus of this review. First off I’ll talk about the burger and poutine fry’s. I’ve had this place a couple of times and the burger, fry’s, and chicken wings are just alright. They are nothing to write home about. They are ok but nothing that I would seek out to get. If the prices were lower that may be a different story. With the prices as high as they are and the food just ok there are plenty of better options for food just like this ie smash burger, five guys, or any other burger place really. Now for the lobster roll review. I was very excited to try their lobster roll on account of word of mouth for the roll was decent. Everything for the roll was separated which was a good sign at first. The quality is where it fell flat tho. The lobster meat was dry and fishy, to the point where I would place money on it being frozen before. The roll looked like a 5/5 roll but just fell flat on account of the lack of that rich, buttery, and tenderness that you look for in a good lobster roll. Instead it delivered a dry, fishy taste with a rubbery consistency. I would not recommend the lobster roll at all because while I choked down the whole thing it was far from enjoyable. Instead if you go here I would recommend their cheapest burger and their home made fry’s which are decent. But since I’m a lobster roll reviewer my final thoughts are you should stay clear of their lobster roll with a minimum of a 15 foot pole. Sorry burger heaven but if you’re going to have that on your menu make sure it’s at least a decent roll or take it off your seasonal menu, because that roll was not heaven.

Great little burger joint. I had the Turkey Baja burger that was served with delicious homemade chips. It was excellent, I will be back. Thete were several vegetarian and vegan options as well.

Delicious burgers and photos true to representation. The produce looked beautiful and tasted equally as good. Burger cooked to perfection. Gotta be this delicious to be daring enough to have peanut butter and banana burger which mt husband’s very selective palate LOVED! Onion rings…Bang! 5 Def.

Burger Heaven? More like Burger Hell.
I’ve been coming here for years and usually order online. Today I decided to dine in, and it reminded me exactly why I don’t.
I ordered the Blu Burger medium rare, like I always do, with a side of queso. The burger came out well done ..not even close to medium rare.
I was sitting with my 14 month-old who was grabbing fries and pulling my burger apart because she’s a baby. That doesn’t change the fact that the burger was cooked wrong.
When I brought it to the counter, the woman behind the counter immediately said, “Well, it looks like you ate half of it.” I hadn’t even mentioned the queso yet. I was addressing the burger being overcooked. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she jumped straight to implying I was trying to get something for free.
For the record, the queso had a thick film over the top that you could peel off in one piece but I didn’t even bring that up after her original comment because at that point the tone was already clear.
I then asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t give me one, only a gift card.
The food being wrong is disappointing. Being accused instead of helped is unacceptable. After years of being a loyal customer, this was enough for me. There are too many good burger places to settle for bad food and worse service.

I don’t get to Burger Heaven very often since I live forty minutes away, but I’ll tell you they never disappoint. Their hamburgers must be made with Grade A fresh meat.They are so delicious.Their shakes are phenomenal and their homemade potato chips are out of this world. If you ever get a chance to go there in portland be sure to stop by.

This was my first time here. The service was good. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and answer any questions I had. The restaurant itself as a sit in or take out. You order at the register and you can settle in they’ll bring the food to you. I ordered the Shishito Pepper Burger and unfortunately I don’t recall with my friend ordered. The food was delicious. Burger was nice and juicy. It definitely need extra napkins which is great. The kettle chips awesome. Nice and crisp. The menu has something for everyone hamburgers, hotdogs, fish, and chips even corn beef and steak & cheese. I definitely plan to come here again and have already recommended the place to several people have spoken to.

Made the decision to check out Burger Heaven and it was worth the visit. I had the breakfast burger. The egg was perfectly cooked for my taste. I’m not a fan of a oozing egg. The burger was juicy. The veggies were fresh loved the red onion and the lettuce which wasn’t your normal tasteless iceberg. Not a fan of potato rolls. I was given a healthy supply of their house chips which were good. Dr. Pepper was my soda of choice.

Nice selection of burgers, sandwiches, wings, etc. My burgers were cooked to my liking and very juicy; flavorful. Prices a bit on the high side but jr double cheeseburger was a good deal. Service pleasant and helpful. left full and satisfied. Have returned and breakfast burger was excellent.

What happened to this place? Used to be top notch service and great food. Now run poorly, food not ready, yet cold when picked up and to go order wrong! What a disappointment! Try to do better. Items ordered when arrive for pick up told not available. Cold burger, Chili cheese fries aren’t that hard. No cheese, no Chili, and ice cold, nobody available to speak to fix it…phone just rings. Also chips used to be nice and crispy now soggy yuck! So sad, not gonna be going back.

We are from Boston and found this cute spot. Decorations are so cool! We had an angus burger and a steak and cheese, quality is amazing. So nice to have some fresh real food!! 10/10
