Food took 1 hour and 15 min to arrive. The worker Kyle has HORRIBLE customer service skills. He completely blew me off and said I could call the manager back tomorrow. I could hear someone in the background saying to give me a refund and he refused. How can you advertise “freaky fast”? Freaking slow and rude is more like it!!!

My sandwich had about 2 Tablespoons of tuna but the veggies were good. Bun was all broke up and when I 1st looked at it I thought they accidentally made me a veggie sub. I literally had to move veg around to look for the tuna.
The girl at the drive thru had to be told how much change I should have gotten back. Kids don’t know how to do math anymore.
I normally love Jimmy Johns but not today. Totally bummed!

Ordered box lunches for delivery on Sunday morning at 10:30am. Mason, store manager contacted me around 9:15am to confirm they were working on the sandwiches and he personally delivered them right on time with all 33 boxes having exactly what was ordered for each. Great communication and my sandwich was exactly the way I like it. This store and staff gets an A++++ in our book. Thanks again for making it so easy to make everyone on the bus trip happy with our meal choice.

Supposed to be open until 9 but walked up to the door at 8:35 and there is a worker at the counter who won’t even look up at the locked door. I proceeded to drive thru thinking they had just closed the lobby. Lights on but nobody’s home. Worker retreated to the back when I went back to the door.

I’ve been ordering about 3 times a week since the Foley location opened. Just like every other restaurant suffering from being understaffed in this area, they have been doing a great job. They had a couple bad apples, but they’re doing good. Sandwiches are yummy, the delivery guy is always chipper and when I call because they’re backed up… the professionalism is on par. Unfortunately we live in a vacation spot where most tourists expect things first class (lol). Anyways don’t know what the other complaints are about, but keep doing a good job!

8 people working, we were the only guest and all the tables were nasty dirty. Food was good but the service was not freaky fast. It was more like abnormally slow. Don’t expect napkins unless your willing to reach over the counter and help yourself. Girl taking order seemed impatient. Hopefully this will get worked out as this is a fairly new store. I’ve had great experiences at JJ’s in other locations. Unfortunately this was the first time I decided to take the family.
