Grimy, dirty, smelly, poor, unsanitary, cheap, and terrible service.
Do not be fooled by the photo and the reviews made by their friends. This place has one person who takes orders and cooks with 0 customer service skills and doesn’t wash hands between cooking and taking your order. He plays video games loudly while you eat and talks on thr phone while cooking.

Burger – bit bland patty. Was okay together. Double patty with everything standard plus hot peppers. Just wasn’t anything special
Fries – looked great. Also kind of average. Gravy was interesting.
Service was polite. But 1 person. So either took orders or made food. The place had a bit of a grubby feel. The patio was also interesting. I went and got a sandwich from Dirty Bird in the same plaza. Two close, similar places, but very different management and ownership styles.

Pricey and the burgers were dry, small and had no flavour… He got our order wrong the first time. The poutine was made with drizzles of melted cheese on top. No curds.
Worker brought us our food which was nice but there are dozens of other better burger spots in the area for sure.

I took my daughters for their birthday dinner and the staff Gagandeep and Younis did their level best to make our experience special. We ordered Volcano burger, Juicy Luicy, classic burgers and milk shakes for kids. Food was delicious, prepared with great attention and served hot right to our tables. Food recommendation from the staff was great, communication was excellent throughout and the service was best i have received from a fast food restaurant in ages. I highly recommend this branch.

New management has made the biggest difference! We were greeted by Hassan, one of the owners who provided some of the best customer service I’ve had! The food was delicious and well-portioned, atmosphere and kitchen were clean with hand-slaughtered halal meat. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone! I don’t do reviews often, but this place set a new level.

Can’t believe the lack of service this place has. They have one guy working on a Friday evening for dinner. We ordered food at 5:58pm and got our email confirmation stating it would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at 6:15pm and told the guy working that we were here to pick up our food. Didn’t tell us how much longer it would take… to then find out he hadn’t started making it yet. Only one other group in here waiting for food. Finally got told at 6:35pm that it would be ready in about 15-20 minutes. This is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially for a Friday night.
UPDATE:
Finally got our food at 7pm and EVERY burger was made wrong. Did not offer any sort of compensation for this and told us that we ordered our meals wrong when on the receipt, it confirmed what we ordered to match our order confirmation. Very very disappointed in this experience and will NEVER return.

Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. Food was made fresh and exactly to order. Great halal spot in an excellent location. There is plenty of parking around. The sweet potato fries were tasty along with the poutine.

Our meal was lovely and we had to correct our orders because some critical details were missed. Their gluten free bun was large and tasty, I am grateful for that. I had a jalapeño cheese stuffed burger, it was great and I would recommend the double burger with jalapeños for avoiding the messiness, if that’s an issue for you. The two other cheese burgers were great. The poutine was good too, the gravy was excellent. Their fried were fried to perfection. I would return to determine consistency.

Just ordered online for takeout. Get my burger home and it is raw. Bleeding raw, I mean come on. The worker had no one else in the entire store and you can’t take the time to cook it? Brutal. Fries were good. Shake was good, threw burger out so I didn’t get food poisoning, which is bad.
