It’s nice to see the Area Manager behind the counter rocking lunch rush with his team! The staff is amazing at this location and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. Everyone is very friendly. This is the only place I eat at when I decide not to bring my lunch to work. Keep up the amazing service!

Never been inside at this location – have always used the drive through. But, service was pleasant/smiling and quick. Area was clean and comfortable. Food came out quick and was delicious. Thanks for a good experience.

Sandwiches are always perfect. Service is always nice. Wait can be a little long at busy times in the evening. Best and most consistent Carl’s Jr I’ve been too cause a lot of the ones on the east coast are bad.

I always try very hard to be patient and give everyone the benefit of the doubt. The last two times I have got to to this location my interaction has been strange.
Last time I had to completely reorder at the last window as they did not have my order anymore.
This time (04/25/25) I ordered the same thing I always do. A big carl no cheese this time I ordered a strawberry lemonade. The prder was repeated back to me correctly.
I pulled up she started to hand me a plain lemonade I asked if it was just a “pump” if I could please have strawberry. She was nice and made it strawberry for me I thanked her and she gave me my bag of food.
Everyone was pleasant and friendly.
I get home to Philomath to open the burger and it is ONLY cheese.
Pretty frustrating to say the least. I can handle if they just forget to leave the cheese off of the regular burger but to be stuck with the only thing you didn’t want was upsetting let alone paying full price for a very plain cheeseburger.

I just met my husband for lunch at CJr on 9th St Corvallis and was hoping to get a salad. I was told they didn’t have those any more. The woman waiting on me was beyond helpful and gave me ideas on how to do a simple char-broiled chicken and tomato on a bed of lettuce. (I ordered double chicken.) I chose not to have any dressing and it didn’t need it because the chicken was flavorful. I left a happy camper! Thx for your help!

Had a hard time in this establishment with the customer service. I complained about this a couple days ago. Today I went in and ordered a meal for dine in while working on some homework. Within an hour after eating it I had explosive diarrhea that couldn’t even make it to the bathroom door. I have taken laxatives before in my life and this felt strangely reminiscent of that. After severely soiling my pants while trying to get to the bathroom (which also has a security code on it) I got into the stall and tried to sit down as quick as I could but still managed to repaint half the stall. I have had no issues like this ever and ive changed nothing in my diet recently. Besides eating at this restaurant after making a complaint.
