I cannot review the food because we only had ice cream. The ice cream was very good and we enjoyed the topping options. Next time we stop I’ll get food to give a review on. I stopped here as a kid 25 years ago when we drove by many times. Still looks the same as it did before. Love the small town feel of it.

Stopped by on the way home. The shakes were on point yet our burgers were a bit off: that is one way of putting it. After eating the part with the patty still had a quarter of the bun left. Go figure.

To say my experience tonight was awful would be an understatement! I called in my order and was told it would take about 10 minutes. I get to the restaurant and drive through the drive-thru and pay and was told “your order isn’t ready.” I told the girl I would just come in and get my order so I wasn’t holding up the drive-thru. I get inside and wait 45 additional minutes on my food (after the 10 minutes I was told it would take when I ordered). Once I made it inside, I told one of the employees I had a call-in order and I paid in the drive-thru, but I was inside to get my order since it wasn’t ready when I came through the drive-thru. I was told that they were just waiting on my salad. 45 minutes into sitting in the lobby, next to another lady that also paid in the drive-thru and came in, I checked on my order again only to be told “oh it’s been ready in the back.” The employees were arguing over my order because apparently the person that prepped my salad didn’t tell the girl that was working the front. I left and got down the road and noticed that they didn’t put the ranch in my salad box. I turned around and drove back and one kid that was working told me that they were short staffed and another kid told me that most of their staff was new and they couldn’t help that they were messing up. I told the kids they probably needed to let management know they were struggling tonight rather than continuing to screw everyone’s orders up and making them wait so long. The lady I sat next to in the lobby waited at least 45 minutes with me, I don’t know how long before me she ordered. I told every customer that walked in, while I was sitting there in the lobby, they would be waiting at least 45 minutes for their orders and they turned around and walked out. One customer even said “oh I’m not waiting around like last time, let’s go.” It was pitiful how the employees acted and didn’t want to own up to their poor time management skills and lack of ability to maximize their resources they had available in the restaurant. There were 6 kids working, they could have made it work efficiently but instead made excuses.

Excellent cheeseburger. The only place that doesn’t try to season the meat. They definitely have the best burgers around. Well worth the drive from Atlanta Louisiana.
