Walk in their with my family and there’s 4 staff behind the counter area filling call in orders. I’m next in line to be served at the counter. Literally an older guy (I think he is the manager) looks at me at least three times and is fumbling with cleaning up old trays etc and doesn’t even acknowledged my being there. All he had to say was, “we will be right wit you”. Or any of the other rude wait staff could have said that as well. I am a patient man and would have waited as long as need be but it’s common courtesy to acknowledge your customers!!! It’s not the first time. I waited at least 5 mins and then walked out. Flash alert – you’re in store customers as just as important as your phone orders! They are rude, never say “thank you” and make you feel like THEY are doing you a favor by serving you. Unacceptable. Won’t be back there again. I’ve given them too many chances at treating people with any level of courtesy.

Very poor experience. When I ordered items gluten free online, the person at the desk argued with me that I didn’t select that option. When I said that I ordered off the gluten free menu, she stated that that doesn’t matter and you have to tell them that you want it gluten free. I tried to show her that it states on the website that it is gluten free and she argued that that was not correct.

The bread was amazing. The food was good the mozzarella appetizer not so good very oily and the mozzarella was not hot. I got Penne all’s vodka and it was delicious and and the sauce was authentic my boyfriend got but my squash ravioli and it was heavenly light and great lunch meal. the sauce was just perfect the pasta the squash on the inside was just delicious a little sweet but delicious. They lost stars for the mozzarella appetizer and the salad was very yellow no green lettuce at all. The waiter wanted to defend the food when I sent it back but he eventually agreed and took it off the bill

I ordered orrechiette with escarole in a garlic and oil with canellini beans. I pointed at it on the menu while telling the waiter. Not really sure what I got instead? I had a fun time guessing what it was. Maybe artichokes were in it? It was orrechiette pasta at least. My boyfriends chicken was bland. $56 not really worth it. Maybe it was for the humor in trying to guess what was in my dish.

Come on out 2 Buona Sera out in Smithtown Long Island, am not a Long Island resident but have been here with a friend y we have very much enjoyed ourselves very much each time we come back, the location, service, food y the cleaness is everything but absolutely amazing y very delicious we always start with an appetizer we always get either calamari fritti or garlic knots, I will either get a grilled chicken avocado salad or cheese tortellini soup with meatballs, y I will get few slices of either chicken bacon ranch, gamberetti or pepperoni y we always get the peanut butter chocolate mousse enough 4 2 people have enjoyed the food I get y what me y my friend share it’s just so delicious y fresh, y hot u sure won’t be disappointed if u ever come out 2 Buona Sera they will surely make u feel welcome Danny D Seattle Washington

We received a takeout order that was supposed to be entirely gluten free and several items were not – a panini and garlic knots were straight up normal wheat bread. My wife who has celiac ended up getting very sick. Not sure how you could possibly mess that up. Definitely not safe if you are allergic to gluten.

Butternut squash was very good very clean taste service was friendly but defensive when questioned about the what would be labeled a small pool of oil which accompanied the Mazzarella round but the Fried Zucchini came out perfect I would strongly recommend the but in that squash if you are trying to reduce your meat intake all in all it was a good restaurant a positive experience you just have to be firm with the waiter staff if you are not happy with an item but they will eventually accommodate you or take it off the bill

Had delicious pizza and a rice ball. The rice ball was creamy and cooked well. Tasted great. I also had butternut squash soup. The flavor was good, but a little too sweet and very thin, I’m thinking a little too much cream. Otherwise a good flavor. I have come here a long time, and their pizza is second to none. Crust is excellent, sauce is not too sweet. Can’t go wrong

Outstanding meal. I’ve been many times for specialty pizzas which are delicious, but when I finally had a pasta dish I was extremely satisfied. I had orchiette pasta with escarole and garlic sauce with sausage added. It was fantastic and I would totally go back. The photo doesn’t do it justice, but here it is anyway.
