Was excited to try the new place that replaced my favorite German food takeout. The cheeseburger was kind of dry. I was upsold a “special sauce” for $.49 which I think should have been part of the combo meal. The fries came without ketchup or an offer for ketchup. I think if they make these simple changes, I wouldn’t mind going back. However, knowing there are better burgers out there for the same or lower price, it would be a stretch.

We heard about how good this place is so we had to give it a try. My first impression was that the customer service is impeccable. The food itself was terrific! I have never had a burger quite like this before. It’s simple but very flavorful, and the bun was unique. The fries and their special fry sauce also deserve a shout out; the fry sauce has a very low grade spiciness to it that is really enjoyable. In the world of burgers it’s very hard to stand out, but I think Bunz Gourmet definitely pulls this off. I will remember my experience here, recommend it to others, and I’ll definitely be back.

I ended up here as my 3 year old granddaughter wanted a hamburger for her birthday. I will say the customer service here is beyond 5 stars, as they doted on her like she was their own; they are very kind people and I was sold by that alone. Then came the food and it matched the customer service. The homemade bun kicked it up a notch for me, it was the best I’ve ever had. Then the patty was thick, juicy, but not greasy, and tasty. All the fixings and sauces made it just right. The guy claimed it was like homemade but I would sell it as even better than homemade. Only downside is that this is an hour away from me.
