Thanksgiving sub to go. Had to go back in because they forgot the side of gravy that I ordered. Everyone was very nice. The sub was ok. A little skimpy considering it was &12. I noticed last time I went there my sub was skimpy. It was a meatball sub.

Does not accept $100 bills (odd that a meal for four would be well over $50… you can’t make change. You can’t buy $1 pen for counterfeit bills?)
The small combo is REALLY SMALL
Bottom line/ Ingles has same atmosphere same quality meats… cheaper price……

Our subs was so salty we had to trash them. The employees was really young and you could tell they didn’t really want to work. They was super nice and friendly tho. The young man that made our subs was extremely nice and polite. They was out of sweet tea in front and back. The drink machine had an alert on the screen saying it was out of 3 different flavors and when I asked the young lady want to do bc we had to get a drink she just walked over and dismissed the alerts instead of fixing them. They wasn’t busy. My husband and I was the only people in there from the time we got there till we left. It was my husbands first time eating at a firehouse sub and he was very excited to try it but he left very disappointed.

Order took 10 minutes longer than it should have because the two young males working together spent the entire time talking to each other instead of making my sandwich. Literally non-stop yapping standing right next to each other instead of doing their job. There’s no way the manager or owner doesn’t see this if there are security cameras. Won’t be back

The young man at the Toccoa Ga. Restaurant is truly an asset to your company!! I am not related in any way to this young man but I believe in giving credit where credit is due!! Preston is his name and he has taken our order several times and has always been extremely helpful and patient with us and we are two old and slow people. Their subs are wonderful subs they are my favorite. I’d like their engine company sandwich. Beef, Turkey, Cheese, lettuce and cheese tomato. It is a hot sub.

Was visiting Toccoa today and went here to get lunch. My wife is lactose intolerant. We both ordered a turkey “build your own” sub. My wife told them what she wanted on hers. Never mentioned cheese. She got a sub with cheese anyway. She told the staff she didn’t order cheese with the sandwich and wanted another one. She was then told that even with a “build your own” sandwich, you automatically get cheese unless you tell the cashier NOT to add cheese. She had to buy another sandwich ($11) since they made it clear that it was her fault that she got cheese since she didn’t tell the cashier NOT to add cheese. I’ve never heard of such a stupid thing. It’s obvious that they don’t know what they are doing or anything about customer service.
