NEVER coming back… undercooked chicken… the young lady taking our order was terrible and rude for no reason… while waiting for my chicken sandwich, they forgot which was undercooked. I heard the employees argue with a customer. Because they made the wrong food. The one in Manhattan is so much better. It’s not worth it. I promise you. Oh, and they either over sauce or under sauce everything. Pictures do not justify how disgusting this was.

Look I know when they first opened they had a really rough time getting orders out in a timely fashion. But lately things have really turned for the better, food taste fine, the employees are friendly, and my order is ready within 20minutes of ordering. Give the place another chance and don’t shoot it down just because you’re impatient.

Below was the first order. Both of my orders since have been wrong and missing items. I would strongly suggest eating anywhere else unless you love paying for food and not getting it. This place has become worthless. Hard pass. I hope this plane goes out of business so we can get a real restaurant here.

My food was about 9 minutes late according to the app, but I was thoroughly impressed. I took it home and it was way warmer than the bww you get in Manhattan. You get way more sauce on your wings, and they were delicious. Can’t recommend this place enough.

I’ll be ordering again, thank God you opened up on FRKS.

These folks will close the restaurant while accepting uber eats orders. Then the food never comes and you have to get refunds. If you order your food at 4pm – 6pm you will get it but anything after that is hit or miss.

Ordered my food at 1316. All I ordered was a 6 piece boneless wing basket with mild sauce. Its now 1356 and I just got my food. For a restaurant on Fort Riley kansas where your main customer are military personnel it would be faster. FRKS probably needs to look at putting a faster service food company in this spot instead of a company that take 40 minutes to cook a six piece boneless chicken and fries

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! It is not the first time, is EVERY DAY with BAD customer service. All the females employees treat the soldiers very bad like if they are stupid. It is a reason why everybody decides to go to Panda or Subway to eat during lunch inside Fort Riley. For no reason the employees treat you horrible and rude. Not a single one is professional, and I have seen them all. It happened to me 8 times in a row and every time they do that to other customers as well. The first thing they do is asking you for phone number with a bad attitude demanding a phone number, no good morning, no welcome, no hello, just give me your phone number and if you don’t hear them well and ask to repeat what they say they rolls eyes, and give you bad attitude. When food is ready (after a looooong wait) they don’t say thank you or nothing. Just RUDE attitude. The worst is the female with short black and red hair. HORRIBLE and RUDE! People like that should not be working with people. No coming back and my soldiers friends are not coming back either.

Food was delicious and hot fresh. I thought it was strange there was no line compared to all the restaurants around them at the PX food court in the middle of lunch. Soldiers everywhere but at BWW. I almost wasn’t allowed to order. Was told I’m not allowed to order unless I give up my phone number. That’s not ok nor good business. After talking with the manager she allowed me to order with a random number. Thank you ma’am. But if I never asked for her than your restaurant would have lost sales. I wonder how many sales they have lost due to this. But the food was yummy and very happy with that

Lady was really rude for no reason. I waited for at least 10 minutes to be seen. And then when she came up she asked me word for word “What do you want?”. After ordering everything I wanted I had to wait for about another 30-40 minutes for my order. When I asked her about my order she just looked at me and said “i don’t know” and kept walking. Customer service is disgusting.

Was pumped to see the new “Go” open up on the hill. That was the end of that!
Price was way to high, then they want to add an extra dollar for a drink and then they wanted my phone number and I told them no and said I couldn’t order without one.
I didnt order a dam thing.
It is lunch time on a military base and not one person is in line to get anything. All the other lines have regular amount of customers.
