Came here because of the weirdo working at the wingstop in wheeling, the woman working the front was so nice and even mixed two flavors for me upon request! Food was fresh and yummy! First time I’ve had actual seasoned fries from a BWW! So yummy! Was nice to have a good experience here after the bad one at the nearest wingstop!

At this point from reading reviews it seems the owner is the problem and the crappy service just passes down from him. On Monday I ordered $50 with of food and only received half my order by delivery. After speaking with Joey the manager who promised to leave $40 in gift cards and here we are on Friday and nothing, I got completely lied to by him. If you think you’re stealing my money, you got another thing coming. Clearly from reading reviews the owners gives a standard response but has no intentions of fixing anything. I’ll be contacting the village of buffalo Grove, this person does not deserve a business license period. Straight thieves, do not waste your time

Highly recommend because of Ivan! His service is top notch. Way above and beyond the service you might expect at buffalo wild wings. He is super friendly, helpful and patient. On the evening of May 25, 2025, shortly after 11 PM, I encountered a most disheartening experience at your establishment. My order was placed for pickup, and I was greeted by two young women who were ostensibly managing the service. However, what transpired was far from satisfactory.
Upon deciding to dine in, I ordered two meals accompanied by celery, carrots, ranch dressing, and a beverage. When I requested a cup for my bottle of Pepsi, one of the employees appeared taken aback and questioned the necessity of a paper cup. It became evident to me that she may not be suited for the service industry.
As we continued our meal, I noticed we had received only one ranch dressing. I politely inquired if it would be possible to obtain an additional serving. To my dismay, the employee approached me and stated that I would need to purchase more to receive another ranch. I found myself compelled to clarify my order, emphasizing that I had indeed placed two orders and that it was reasonable to expect two sauces, especially since she had taken my order initially. Yet, she simply walked away, leaving me to reiterate that it was a pickup order. Despite having tipped her, she seemed indifferent to my dissatisfaction, instead opting to engage in a phone conversation while laughing and chatting with her colleague.
This experience left me with the impression that, having already paid, my concerns were of no consequence. As a long-time patron of Buffalo Wild Wings, I must regrettably declare that I will no longer frequent any of your locations. The quality of the food has declined significantly, and the service has become utterly unacceptable.
It is my earnest belief that the management, or those in positions of authority, must take a serious look at the conduct and professionalism of their staff. Employing individuals who possess at least a high school diploma and a sense of work ethic would be a prudent step forward. Additionally, I would recommend that employees adhere to appropriate attire and hygiene standards, as one of the staff members was seen wearing pink, fluffy pajama pants and handling food without gloves.
The combination of low wages and poor attitudes seems to pervade the service industry, but it is imperative that your establishment rises above such standards.

Online it says they’re open until midnight. But after trying to place a mobile order at 11:15 with no success, then calling (no answer). I went to the location and tried to place an order in person I arrived at 11:25. The door was locked and after one of the employees stared at me through the window and continued to work she came to the door at 11:28 and said “we’re closed. We close at 11:30 for cleaning”
1. Its not even 11:30 and i got here before that time
2. So why put that you’re open until midnight when you’re actually not?

Ivan and Fahim were great help and very patient when ordering our food. The wings were fresh and I would highly recommend stopping by when you are around.
