Walked in to this blaze in a great mood, but while I was standing in line for a little bit and was not greeted by anyone. 3 or 4 mobile orders were waiting on the counter and there was 6 people behind the counter working. They proceeded on with mobile orders as the line got longer. I asked the girl (Monica) if it was normal for them to just let the customers in front of them stand here while they all worked on mobile orders. She ignored me, so I asked again…She said yea it was and someone would be right with us. I proceeded to ask her to speak to a manager and she said she was the one in charge. At that point I figured it was a lost cause. Monica’s customer service and respect, or should I say lack there of is terrible. I would like to say that Anthony was very friendly and clearly does not follow by example. He was respectful and seemed happy to be there. If you are looking for pizza I would search another location perhaps because vibe and overall customer service is enough to not come again.

Great place for pizza. They have all kinds of toppings and you can choose your own to personalize your pizza. They also have different crusts and sauces to choose from as well. It takes a little longer than a fast food restaurant because they cook your pizza fresh after you make it but it’s worth the wait. It can get busy but the wait isn’t usually too bad.

I absolutely loved this place! Its the only place when I want to eat an entire pizza and not feel guilty afterwards, The Build Your Own is great because you can put whatever you want on your pizza which is good for vegetarians too.The drinks and desserts are great,If you haven’t tried this place, you’re missin out. Henry is amazing! Definitely deserves some incentive or raise for how great and authentic his service is to customers. Answered my questions honestly and is well informed. Pizza was made quick and delicious. Blaze needs to update their POS so people can tip via credit card because these hardworking folks deserve it!

After a stroll through Downtown Disney we stopped by this Blaze Pizza branch for a quick meal. I really liked the place and the quality of their artisanal pizzas. Good dough and being able to choose what goes in your pizza is great for picky eaters like me!

I have been coming here for some time. I usually have special requests,like extra toppings. The pizza is always fresh. Parking is usually pretty good. Line sometimes gets a bit big. Customer service has always been great here. Atmosphere it’s pretty casual and chill, music is just a bit loud for my taste. overall great place to eat and dine or take to go.
