I picked up my order and left as usual, but once I got to my car and opened the boxes, I saw that both pizzas were completely overcooked and essentially burnt. None of the employees mentioned any issue with the order when I picked it up.
I went back inside and asked to speak with a manager. A young man came over but did not introduce himself or state that he was the manager. I had to ask him directly to confirm his role and provide his name. There were three employees standing at the front register area at the time.
He explained that they had recently gotten something new and needed to remove pizzas sooner so they wouldn’t burn. He asked if I wanted the order remade, and I declined and requested a refund instead. He then handed the situation off to another employee to process the refund and walked away without offering any apology.
Overall, the service was disappointing and unprofessional. Between the burnt food, lack of communication, and the way the situation was handled, I will not be returning to this location.

I don’t know who the heck made your pizza Sunday night but HATS OFF TO THEM!!!! It’s rare to get a delivery and it’s piping hot cheese melting and sliding and pulling the way those pizzas did Sunday!! Man that pizza was a great representation of pap John’s. Pizza was ready within 10minutes and now I see why…..ask a lady at the front counter and she flat out came up with a lie and said it was too much cheese on one side of the pizza…..SMH LORD this was supposed to be a “the meats” and it looks like “the garbage”! It was my son’s birthday and I was out of time otherwise I would have not purchased. I won’t be back and how hard is it to put topping on a pizza properly????????

The large pizza was smaller than I’d imagined, more like a medium. But I digress.
My main complaint was the bowl… it is not worth the price. No, the driver didn’t indulge. The seal was intact. It didn’t look anything like the picture. DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT. Make them fix or delete it.
I called and it was refunded. The manager was excellent! He offered to give me a refund and validated my experience.

I’ve tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they failed to meet expectations miserably quite a few times. The store seems full of employees but they are never adequately staffed to manage the workload. Customer service is POOR. Customers are never acknowledged the last several times I’ve order here. Most times, customers are lined up around the walls and windows, but this time, they were lined up outside the door. If I hadn’t have already paid. I would have cancelled. Inventory all around the store looks a mess and all over the windows and benches. I look at my tracker, pizza says ready, only to wait in line for 10-20 minutes, get to the counter and still have to wait an additional 10 minutes. This has happened a few times (the wait). Tonight was the last straw for me. I cannot comeback here in good conscience.

This is my second tome ordering from this location and first time ordering the chicken poppers. I understand that you can’t control how product is shipped to you, but this is unacceptable. I ordered a 10 piece. I got 5-6 decent pieces and some scraps. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Apparently they are incapable of getting a pizza right. I ordered a pizza last night and it wasn’t correct and it was ice cold. So I got a replacement pizza today. This time it was completely wrong and no one called to say it has been delivered at the front desk. I’m staying in a hotel. I’ve been waiting for over an hour. And yes again the pizza was ice cold. So I called back to tell them not to bother and the woman said it had been sent out. I asked her what was on it and again it was incorrect. WTH!! Yes the third pizza was wrong as well!! Seriously you guys suck!

Ordered from this location twice within a month and both times have been horrible. They use delivery services and the first order was sent by a driver who didn’t want to tell me how much the order was and seemed noticeably under the influence. This go round we found a hair in our pizza. No apology at all given. Just asked what color the hair was and said they can remake the pizza. Saying we ordered two pizzas and said we could get a refund for the one that had a hair in it. Who would want to continue to eat any food that came from here when you found hair in an item prepared in the same kitchen!!! Will not order from here again. The food is obviously a complete miss and they have horrible customer service jf you can even call it that.
