Placed an order through Uber eats – the same order we have placed several times because we loved it. This time, not so much. Spicy chicken sandwich had a burned bun, burned bacon and instead of the usual lucious crunchy piece of chicken it had 2 small burned chicken tenders. The potato wedges were burned. Bdub sauce was missing. And last, not not least, the wings were cold and greasy. The entire break was inedible. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

We ordered wings and a burger to go. They said 15 minutes we show up they put the food on the counter that I still have to pay for and then they go back and start cooking other people’s food for about 10 minutes won’t even look at us and we just walk out eventually because by the time they would’ve acknowledged us, our food was cold and soggy. Terrible, I can look past a lot of things, I come here 2-3 times a week, have the app history to back it up. Sent in several complaints just to get the money I spent back, haven’t heard back from anybody. A shame a place like this going down the drain and you can clearly see how and why. Won’t be returning after 15 years plus of consistently going.
