I’m Peruvian and grew up there, so I’m very familiar with our cuisine and how it’s supposed to taste. By far, this restaurant is the only one that truly compares. The food is absolutely delicious, and you can tell it’s made with love like my grandma used to say. It genuinely reminds me of home. On top of that, the servers are really nice and welcoming. I highly recommend this place.

I met my friends from high-school and we had a great time.
On Fridays they have karaoke night. I am so happy to see nice places are still around.
The food was really good. We had ceviche, tallarin verde and arroz chaufa.
Everything was good and a lot of food.

I ordered from this place for a party that fed over 10 people. They were super helpful in being honest in how much food I had to order. Once I got there they walked me through all the different trays of food and even helped me carry it to my car. I want to emphasize that this is a Peruvian restaurant and expect them to speak to you in Spanish best but English as well as they can. Everyone at the party loved the food and will be coming back here again!

I don’t really write reviews but I think this place 100% deserves it. Been pretty much all the Peruvian places in Suffolk county area and Bitute is by far the best one. The decoration of the restaurant is super cute, and the food is amazing!!! flavor is rich and the presentation is Instagram worthy, and the service is outstanding. Our server tonight was Fernando and he was so patient with my family, I really appreciate him taking the time answering all their questions and making sure we were all good and satisfied with our experience. I already made this my new Peruvian spot and I would def be coming back here to try the rest of the menu! I recommend you do the same!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful Sunday dinner. Our waitress was terrific, and took the time to guide us through the authentic Peruvian menu. All dishes were delicious and very reasonably priced. We are looking forward to dining there again very soon!

I was very disappointed with my experience here. The food was not good, and the service was honestly not great either. The employees had a hard time communicating in English, which made ordering and asking simple questions very difficult. On top of that, the owner was extremely rude and acted like a complete jerk.
Please be careful with the doors in this place — there are nails sticking out, just like another review mentioned. This is a serious safety issue and should’ve been fixed immediately.
Also, make sure you read all the reviews, not just the 5-star ones. I personally feel like some of those high ratings might be paid for, especially since they even asked me to leave a good review before I had even finished my meal.
I came here thinking it would be a good place to eat, but it was the total opposite. Save your money and go somewhere better, like Pichu, Golden Chicken, or Así Es Mi Perú — which is honestly the best.
The owner here seems more concerned about making money than actually caring about customers.

Had dinner at Bitute57 and it was fantastic. I ordered the ‘Bistek a lo Pobre’ perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and super satisfying. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was cozy but well-designed. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!
