I love coming here because I get my food quick. The food tastes fresh and I have not had any issues with anything so far. We usually come in and eat here, this is so much better than the original restaurants where we had to wait to be seated and then wait more to get our food. If you love Buffalo Wild Wings but hate the wait, COME HERE!

I did an online order at 5:30, said the food would be ready at 6. I got to the restaurant at 6, and saw on their board that mine was still being made. No problem. I waited until 6:20, and asked about my food. The woman said oh, your food has been ready. I wasn’t aware you had to go to the register to check and see if your food was ready. Why have the board showing orders then? She then said my wings were being tossed. Then comes back and asks what sauce instead or another. Never actually told me they were out of that sauce, and it didn’t say online. I finally got my food, get home and realize that my wings were not only boneless(they were supposed to be bone in), but also had the wrong sauce on them. We called and the person on the phone said my card would be refunded for my meal being wrong…that was on Saturday. Still haven’t been refunded.

The last two to three times I ordered medium wings they barely had any flavor because whoever makes them will not put any sauce on them! Buffalo Wild Wings Look at your pictures of your saucy wings and please make them like that for your customers or we won’t be your customers anymore. I am so tired of spending money on dry tasteless wings!!! I am very disappointed with the quality of your food and your lack of caring about what you serve your customers!!

Great ” B dub ” to go place!! Great concept for ” to-go ” ! Seating area also inside if you want to enjoy your meal their. Quick service, Great food, very clean place. Definitely will be back. Elijah T was very friendly , courteous & very helpful !! I’m glad that they are in our community!

I had the worst experience here yesterday 5/6/23 and was treated rudely by one of their young staff workers. I ordered 2 combos all flats. When I arrived and looked at the receipt, I noticed that one of the combos did not say all flats. I said to this young staff worker does this mean that this one did not get all flats and she stated no they were aware of it in the back. I opened my packages and realize that in fact, one of the orders did not get all flats, so I brought it to her attention. She proceeded to tell me that they would drop some more wings so that I could get all flats I went to hand her the order that was not correct and she put her hands up and said no just keep it. I then get home and realized that my other order did not have the correct amo. it’s after 11 pm a sim home ready to eat and it’s not correct. I called them to inform them that I was not happy that my other order was not correct. The same young girl that I dealt with was rude to me, raised her voice and then preceded to say “well u got 10 xtra wings anyway”. I explained to her that I tried to give u back the wings that were wrong and you told me to keep them, second of all what does that have to do with my order that was wrong. She was so rude and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. I did go up there so I could speak to someone else which I did. I brought the wings to them and explained that I didn’t want the xtra wings I just wanted what I ordered and paid for. I spoke with Katelyn and she was very helpful and let me explain. The same young girl was still there with an attitude and could be heard walking behind Katelyn saying out loud “Is there a pblm, oh ok I’m just asking”. Just very rude and confrontational.

Worst customer service. I placed an order for delivery on the buffalo wild wings website. The order was picked up by a doordash driver who left part of my order at the store which was confirmed by the associate at Buffalo Wild Wings. I spoke to the general manager who was less than pleasant. He informed me doordash would have to issue the refund. So I contacted doordash and was informed that buffalo wild wings would have to issue the refund since payment was collected by them (but they accept full responsibility). I’ve gotten nothing but the run around from general manager and store. As a service member, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received here which is unfortunate because my previous experiences have been pleasant.

This place is off to a great start and that’s just what little ole Loganville needed. I’m a firm believer that the customer is NOT always right and when I made a mistake and ordered the wrong combo, Mike was so friendly and assisted in fixing the issue with a smile. There food is so fresh and delicious and I love the customer service. Be ready to see my face very often!
