The food was ok…. service?? The server was so busy hardly was able to get what we wanted… the place needs a bit tightening up… the ketchup bottles were empty. I think we checked 3 empty tables before having to flag down a server that looked annoyed that we had asked for ketchup. When she brought it she just placed it on the table and walked away.

I’m not really impressed with this BDUBS it has been quite disappointing. The fries tasted really stale also I ordered fried pickles and for ten dollars I only got a few of them which was unfortunate. The quality of the chicken wasn’t to good either really chewy didn’t come out warm and for 15 dollars I got small pieces. Wasn’t really enjoyable experience. Needless to say. They also didn’t bring the food out all at once so I felt bad eating in front of my friend who was hungry as well.

Still the best wings chain restaurant around. Next level up from Dirty Birds and cheaper. Just as good as wings in Buffalo. Consistently provides awesome flavors and good sized wings. Pic is from BOGO wings for 20 bucks what a steal. Don’t forget to use their rewards!

Used to come here all of the time In college for their wing specials! Great wings, and a place to watch sports. Saw Conor mcgregor become a champ champ here. Really great environment tk hang with friends over wings. Would recommend visiting!

Literally terrible! Ordered last night drove 20 mins to pickup our order. I had moldy salad with no dressing. My husband ordered a 20 piece BONELESS wings and they gave him bone in. My son fries were cold and stale. The biggest waste of $77 of food. I will never eat here again. All they said was we can make your order again. I’m not driving 20 mins for you to make me more food after that. I had a feeling I was gunna get sick off the salad after biting into it and tasting mold. I have felt sick all day. I would pass on this location if I was you!!!

I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings from many years. Love their sauces, dine in experience is always amazing, and the $3 beer. We ordered thai spicy sauce and mango hebenaro, and tried their pizza which was seasonal. Everything was tasty. Ambience was good.

Overall good experience, the service was a little questionable. My wife and I went to the bar and we only ordered nachos and cheese. We got the nachos and cheese and everything was perfect. After that we wanted to order a to go order. After the order to go was placed we waited roughly 30 minutes, after that, I simply asked where was our food the bartender according to his name tag his name was “kick” told us order will be up shortly. After that, my wife noticed that he seem to be typing some things on the computer and kept looking at us. Maybe suggesting that he forgot about our order. I just disregarded it and then came to the conclusion that yes he did forget our order. We wait an additional 15 minutes before I had to ask for Cory for our order and he’s promptly came and got our order. I don’t usually like to change the tip as the gentleman did get a nice tip of 25% then I had to change it because that service was in adequate and that kick kept avoiding us after he came out, not willing to approach us about our food. Like I said, the overall experience was good just today the service wasn’t as good. I expect more when I go out to this establishment.

After a long day at work, craving some good chicken, I want to give ADAM (Manager) a special shout out. Thank you for absolutely nothing. I appreciate your terrible customer service. I waited an hour for my wings that I never got and not one time did this guy came up to me and apologized for the delay. I saw a few customers who came after me and was served before me. I asked for the manager and I saw this fool look at me and pretended to walk around and act like he was busy. If I hadn’t asked for him personally he wouldn’t have come up to my table and apologize. Very disappointed with this poor management.

Horrible experience here. Boneless wings were dry, old & cold and barely had any sauce. Our service at the bar by two gentlemen was the worst. Had to beg to be waited on. Never checked once to see how our food was or if we needed another drink. Had to beg for the check. We won’t be coming back!!!
