Server was great. Everything else was horrible. There was maybe 3 tables tonight and even then the drinks would take 20 min after ordering to arrive. Keep in mind we ordered draft beer every time and bartender was not busy.

I’m very disappointed…there was no one at the front desk; so I wasn’t sure to seat myself or just wait. My family and i did end up waiting patiently. 10-15 minutes passed without no contact from anyone whatsoever. I would have continued waiting if we were at-least acknowledged that we would be receiving service. Or given a waiting time; but nothing. As soon as left I did see a person walk to the desk; I was about to go back but my family was done waiting. I don’t think I’d come back here again considering the service is terrible. I do suggest that they work on customer service and at-least
acknowledge the people waiting in the front desk that someone will attend them soon.

Great place to enjoy couple of wings, and a tall cold beer. One table was open, the one to close to the restrooms. The smell was strong, penetrating, rancid, looks like the management team do no care about having those bathrooms clean. Really a bad experience sitting around the exit of those bathrooms. People go to that place to drink. The less they can do is; maintain those place very clean.
I’m not a returning customer, the first appearance said too much about the place. Hopefully, the management team can do something about it.

Arrived at 905 pm, location closes at 11. Hostess reported they are not seating anymore because of the promotion. They stopped seating at 830pm. Asked for manager and corporate information because it is ridiculous to stop seating 2.5 hours before it even closes. Jess, the manager, came out and provided th GM contact information and reported that the corporates info is online. I informed I’d be sending a complaint email based on this. 2 other parties walked in after me and also got turned away.
The place was not as busy as they made it seem. If seen it much busier than that, so quite disappointed in this location once again. This location seems to continue to struggle and it’s quite disappointing.
After I left I called the BWW located in city of industry (just 15 minutes away) to ask if they were seating still for the promotion and they reported they were still seating. So we left and headed there.

We’ve been going here quite frequently. However over time it has gotten really bad. We get there just a little before 4 and it’s not packed. I will literally stand there forever waiting for someone to come and get my name for seating which sometimes has taken about 10 min…

This last time i was told to seat myself anywhere to the left…. I had to sit at a dirty table because the other tables weren’t big enough… after waiting 20 min at the table thy took our order. My order was wrong and i was starving. They didn’t bother cleaning the table so when another one opened up we moved. They need way more servers and a meeting on customer service skills. Not coming here anymore it’s happened way too many times.

The food was pretty decent here. It’s my first time at this location (The other time was in Canada). Went on a Thursday night where the Dodgers were facing The padres. Customer service was decent. They only had one waitress and that it would take a while for food to come out. It took 30 mins for wings and a burger. We had order 15 wings but I’m sure it’s not her fault — she gave us 20 wings. It was very busy and understaffed. I dropped a fat tip for her but food was okay. It wasn’t very tasty.

I got there and they turn me and my friends away with a party of 6 thats horrible they blamed it on the dodger game. This is outrageous. How do you run out of food when the hours of operation is til 2 am I will never comeback to this spot because of this unruly experience.
P.s. go to norms on whittier they make you feel at home. They didn’t judge me for being gay.

This was an order to go. We got the double cheeseburger with fries. The burger was pretty good with plenty of meat and the bun was soft. The burger comes with everything but onions and my special instructions were correct. The fries didn’t travel well and were a bit cold and over cooked. Overall it was an enjoyable meal.

So I was kind of skeptical at first on making this review, because the service was very poor but at the same time there was only one guy on shift waiting tables now I don’t know if that was a scheduling situation. Somebody was sick or what but it definitely affected the restaurant, I came in with a party of seven and not only will be seated with no menus or any type of thing like that when we got our food and we weren’t given silverware and napkins, which this is a wing place so napkins are definitely needed, and then it took Huge gaps of time to ever get a refill or anybody to even show up at the table to service us. That being said the food wasn’t half bad, and I still left a good tip for the waiter because I did feel for him that he was apparently the only one on shift.
