OK, let’s get right to it. The service wasn’t the best but honestly, it was not the servers‘s fault. Whoever management is have my girl working in the bar and the entire restaurant. It wasn’t very busy so thank goodness but still it seemed like a lot for one person, the food was bomb. It literally beat my expectations. We chose this place because we have our daughter on a pretty restrictive diet and they use beef tallow so that was a plus for us. I would definitely come back here for happy hour. They had some nice jams plane and I love their patio situation. Don’t sleep on this spot. I had the ultimate sampler and I ordered the sliders with mozzarella sticks, onion rings, and I order a buffalo wings, and I was not disappointed.

The server was stuck up and sensitive and then they told us we couldn’t have 2 drink at a time, then served the people next to us a cocktail and shot at the same. When I asked about it the lady said it was the law. That’s a bold face lie that is not the law. Anyways so I I order a 24 oz Guiness and poured it into 2 glasses to have 2 12oz beer…. But I couldn’t order 2 8oz beers at the same time. That doesn’t make any sense.

Edit: Islands fine burgers and drinks served me two beers at the same time and their staff were WAY more hospitable.

First and foremost, I don’t know why people are acting like this is four or five star dining. You need to understand your ordering wings. Wings is a basic food okay? It’s a basic finger food. The wings are fine here. The problem is the service and the overall management of the restaurant.

Our server meant well but because the restaurant is poorly managed it just dulled the whole experience and made the entire experience negative at no fault to her – she just couldn’t keep up!

We went for the Thursday night football game and I was celebrating my 53rd birthday. However, I kind of regret the choice coming here and I don’t think I’ll be back for quite some time. The Wings were as expected, however, the problem with this location there’s no sense of teamwork with the staff that work at this location.

I am someone who is married to a former restaurant manager of a large-scale restaurant and it was clear that no one is working together in this establishment. When I shared my experience with my wife. She confirmed that I was correct. Each server was only concerned about their tables. They were missing items from multiple orders. There were dirty dishes on tables for too long of a period. There were drinks that were empty for too long. You saw a food runner’s standing around (clear a table, or refill a drink – do something when the team is slammed). The manager was kind of standing around and no one was working together.

To conclude, you need to retrain this location on operational teamwork. It’s clearly lacking and it basically damaged my experience and the experience of many others on the night of my visit – 12/13/2025 – I will not be back anytime soon✌

Food was undercooked and cold. I wouldn’t even let my dog eat here. The beer had stuff floating in it. Service was astonishingly poor. Never been to a chain restaurant run this poorly. Management clearly knows what is wrong based on the reviews. They clearly don’t care.

Don’t go here. You will get sick.

I’m deeply disappointed with the service at your location, especially during our Father’s Day outing. Last visit, we waited 20 minutes to be seated despite empty tables. Today, June 15, 2025, we arrived to celebrate Father’s Day with my husband and our 11-month-old son, only to encounter a sign stating “OPEN SEATING.” However, when we attempted to seat ourselves, staff shouted at us to sit down and wait to be seated. This contradictory and unprofessional behavior was not only confusing but also humiliating, as it happened in front of other customers, leaving us embarrassed and uncomfortable.
We chose your restaurant to enjoy a special family moment, but this experience ruined our Father’s Day celebration. I request an apology for the rude treatment and clarification on your seating policies to prevent this from happening to others.

The owners daughter obviously feels entitled which isnt good at all for the business. I was there with my 2 friends and we were casually talking and laughing, having a good time when the girl in the white shirt and bun turned around and told us to keep it down because they were trying to watch Love Island. Don’t come to a social environment to watch t.v and expect others around you to sit there quietly. Watch it at home or deal with it. After I brought it up to one of the employees they mentioned shes the owners daughter. Makes sense why she feels entitled.

ETA: My review from many years ago was for the Del Amo location which has closed in the past year. We’ve been trying the location on Crenshaw which has been hit or miss. When we order to dine in, we generally get what we ordered. Plus I like the layout and the outdoor area much better at this location than at the Del Amo one.

However, this last time we ordered to go and while I absolutely adore the salt and vinegar dry rub, I don’t know that I can eat BWW anymore: I’m very sensitive to smells and for the first time in all my years of eating chicken all I could smell was bleach- it was such a strong chemical smell that after one bite, I was done. I tried the teriyaki wings of another person in our party and it was the same- underneath the smell of the sauce, all I could smell was bleach. I’ve had this experience before but with tap water that I’ve ordered at other restaurants where all I can smell and taste is chlorine/bleach…To be fair, nobody else in our group of 4 could smell the bleach smell but I’ve had chicken wings at other fast food places since then without that smell…I don’t know that eating in the restaurant would have changed anything except perhaps to have been able to order something else or see if it was restricted to a batch of chicken but it was a really unappetizing experience…it’s going to take a while to get over that taste trauma.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
While the quality of the food is consistent and who doesn’t like wings for game night, the service is consistently not great when you order and pick up. When you call to order ahead of time and go pick it up, they end up putting the order in when you get there so you have to wait for them to make it which defeats the purpose of calling in ahead of time. Then, 85 percent of the time, they screw up the order, or don’t include items with the kids meal or forget the carrots /celery. If you bring the mistake to their attention, they are always happy to remedy it but it’s such a hassle and it makes this “fast food” anything but. Better to eat in where you can more quickly remedy any errors than to order for take out.

Service was absolutely terrible someone named Erica was our server but the receipt showed her actual name which was Yajaira. She gave us waters then said she would be right back and an hour later after serving others their food we finally got to order and instead of saying something like “what can I get for you guys” she said “what do you guys want” like we were insulting her for even being there then it took another hour to get our food. Mind you we still haven’t even got our drinks that we ordered. So we finished our food and asked for the check and once she brought the check then she finally brought our drinks as we were leaving so we paid for drinks for nothing. When we tried to get a discount on our stuff because of how long we were there and our missing items she started arguing saying the kitchen was backed up but 6 other tables that got there way after us got there food and left before we even got to order. Genuinely this is the only time I’ve ever written a review in my life because I’m nice to everyone but this lady was so incredibly disrespectful and rude that I just had to.

My apologies but I have take back my 5 star review. The waiters there are so rude they act like if they’re are at hooters and they aren’t even innocent about it. 09/26/24 5:00pm-5:26pm I went with my family to eat. I noticed 2 sections one with a family and another without. For some reason my toddler and wife and I were seated in the non family section. Okay people don’t share the same morals anymore so it was terrible to hear woman cussing 24/7. None the less we waited 15 mins for people to walk past us and ask other tables if they were ready to order. We were ignored the front lady who assigned us seats saw this and minded her business. I got fed up and left with my family somewhere else. I told the front of the house lady that we ignored and no one had taken our orders. It was not busy. I actually have left decent tips on the past. I’m no longer going to this location. This experience was just disappointing
